بررسي كارايي مزارع گندم سيستان با استفاده از تلفيق مدل بهينه‌سازي با پارامترهاي كنترل كننده ميزان محافظه كاري و تحليل پوششي داده‌ها (RDEA)

Determination of the Efficiency of Sistan Wheat Farms Using Incorporation Optimization Model with Degree of Conservatism Control Parameters and Data Envelopment Analysis (RDEA)

در اين مطالعه كارايي مزارع گندم سيستان بررسي شد. داده هاي مورد استفاده شامل50 نمونه بهره بردار محصولات زراعي منطقه سيستان بود كه از طريق نمونه گيري ساده و تكميل پرسشنامه، جمع آوري شد. براي برآورد كارايي مزارع، روش تحليل پوششي داده‌ها و مدل بهينه‌سازي با پارامترهاي كنترل كننده ميزان محافظه كاري تركيب شد. نتايج نشان داد كه ميانگين كارايي مزارع نمونه در مدل پيشنهادي (RDEA)، در سطوح ثابت عدم اطمينان معين (?) و با افزايش ميزان احتمال انحراف هر محدوديت از كران خود (P)، كاهش مي‌يابد. جهت ارزيابي مدل از روش شبيه‌سازي مونت كارلو استفاده شد. نتايج اين شبيه‌سازي مبين توانايي بالاي اين مدل نسبت به مدل DEA بود. بنابراين، مي توان از اين روش براي بدست آوردن كارايي واحدهاي تصميم ساز استفاده كرد.

This study investigated the efficiency of wheat farms in Sistan province. The data consisted of 50 samples from crop producers in the Sistan region. Using the simple sampling method, the data was collected by completing the questionnaires. To evaluate the farm efficiencies, the two approaches of the “data envelopment analysis” and the “optimization model including parameters to control for the degree of conservation” were combined. The results showed that the average of the study farms ‘ efficiencies in the proposed model (RDEA) is reduced by increasing probability of constraint violation (p) under the constant level of a given uncertainty (?) .. The Monte Carlo simulation method was used to evaluate the model. The simulation results indicate a higher capability of this model with respect to the DEA model. Therefore, this method can be used to obtain the efficiency of decision-making units.
