Factors Enhancing the Performance of Future Infantry Men

تجربه‌هاي جنگ هاي اخير و تاثير آنها بر استقلال سياسي، نظامي و اقتصادي كشورها و ساختار و سازمان جنگ‌هاي آينده از نظر فناوري، نشان دهنده نياز به تدابير تاكتيكي، سياست ها، راهبردها و راهكارهاي مناسب براي موفقيت در اين نبردهاست. از جمله تدابير اثربخش در اين زمينه، برنامه ريزي براي نيروي انساني و به خصوص نيروهاي زميني درگير در صحنه نبرد است. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش تبيين عوامل موثر بر ارتقاي عملكرد و تعيين ويژگي هاي جسمي و روحي، سلاح و تجهيزات و آموزشي سرباز پياده نظام آينده در دفاع همه‌جانبه است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از حيث ماهيت و روش از نوع پيمايشي و همبستگي است. به اين منظور پس از مطالعات اسنادي و مصاحبه با خبرگان و صاحب نظران، پرسشنامه تحقيق با مقياس پنج نقطه اي طيف ليكرت طراحي و بين جمعي از فرماندهان، صاحب نظران و كاركنان (شاغل و بازنشسته) جمعيِ ستاد كل نيروهاي مسلح، ستاد كل آجا و ستاد نزاجا، با ويژگي هاي خاص، به عنوان جامعه آماري توزيع شده است. داده ها و اطلاعات گردآوري شده با استفاده از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، محاسبه و آزمون فرض نسبت ها و نيز آزمون رتبه اي فريدمن تحليل شده است. در اين مقاله علاوه بر ويژگي هاي جسمي و روحي، سلاح و تجهيزات و آموزشي؛ به ترتيب تجهيزات مخصوص، عوامل دروني برترساز و آموزش هاي بنيادي، به عنوان مهم ترين عامل هاي ارتقاي عملكرد سربازِ پياده‌نظام آينده، به عنوان بخشي از نتايج تحقيق، تعيين و ارايه شده اند.

Experiences gained from the recent wars and their impacts on the political, military and economic independence of states and structure and organization of future wars in terms of technology necessitate making tactical measures and exercise appropriate policies, strategies and approaches. In order to succeed in such wars, among effective measures one may refer to planning for human force, particularly for the ground forces engaged in the battlefield. In line with this necessity, this study was an attempt to cast a light on those factors enhancing the performance of future infantry men and to explore their moral and physical characteristics as well as their weapons, equipment and training issues for a full-fledged defense. As an applied research in terms of purpose and run as a field and correlation study, this study was conducted following a related literature review, interview with authorities and encouraging a sample of commanders, experts and staff members from the general staff for the Iranian Armed Forces, General Staff for the Army and that of the Ground Force to fill out a likert scale-based questionnaire. The data were exposed to exploratory factor analysis and Friedman ranking test in a bid to test the respective hypothesis. The findings revealed that, in addition to the moral and physical characteristics, weaponry, equipment and training, and other parameters like equipment, internally empowering factors and basic trainings were identified as the performance enhancing factors, respectively.
