الگومداري و منتورينگ (مربي گري) درآموزش پرستاري: يك مطالعه مروري

Role modeling and Mentor in Nursing Education

مقدمه: الگومداري، جوهره فرآيند تدريس و يك نوع روش تدريس موثر در آموزش پزشكي به ويژه در پرستاري است. الگومداري و منتورينگ در «ياددهي» و «يادگيري» نقش كليدي دارد. لذا بكارگيري شيوه هاي جديد آموزش جهت دستيابي به حداكثر دانش و كارآيي در رشته هاي علوم پزشكي امري ضروري به نظر مي رسد. اين مطالعه با هدف مروري بر الگومداري و منتورينگ (مربي گري) در پرستاري و به وي‍ژه كاربرد آن در آموزش پرستاري انجام شده است. روش ها: اطلاعات اين مطالعه مروري با استفاده از مرور و خلاصه سازي مقالات و كتب مرتبط و از طريق جستجوي هدفمند كتابخانه-اي و منابع الكترونيكي در پايگاه هاي, ScienceDirect ,PubMed Google Scholar SID, IranMedex, Magiran با كليدواژه هاي الگومداري، الگومحوري، منتور، منتورينگ و آموزش پرستاري به فارسي و انگليسي، جداگانه و تركيبي انجام شد. مقالات از سال 1990 تا 2014 مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. كه در ابتدا تعداد مقالات حدود 80 بود كه بعد از بررسي مقالات حدود 50 مقاله مرتبط با پژوهش حاضر، مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: در اين مطالعه مروري، زوايا، ويژگي ها، تفاوت و ابعاد مختلف دو برنامه آموزشي منتورينگ و الگومداري بيان گرديد و اهميت آن از جنبه هاي آموزش، بالين،‌ دانش با تاكيد بر حرفه پرستاري از ديد مطالعات مختلف مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. مطالعات مختلف الگومداري را از راه هاي موفقيت در يادگيري مشكل مدار معرفي مي كنند. الگومداري علاوه بر تاثير در آموزش نظري، در بالين هم به كار گرفته مي شود. الگومدار در آموزش از ارتقاي حرفه اي دانشجويان حمايت كرده و يك استراتژي مورد قبول براي انتقال نگرش ها و رفتارهاي حرفه اي از مربي پرستاري به دانشجويان است. در مقابل منتورينگ يك فرايند فعال تر و در موقعيت هاي آموزش باليني، بسياري از اعضاي هيات علمي مسيوليتي فعال، به عنوان منتور را بر عهده دارند. نتيجه گيري: در پرستاري منتورينگ فرايندي است كه شكاف بين آموزش و دنياي واقعي كار را پر مي كند. الگومداري نيز يك استراتژي يادگيري سنجيده و قابل تامل است. هر دوي اين برنامه ها نقش با ارزشي را در پرستاري ايفا مي‌ كنند و باعث ايجاد رضايت شغلي مي گردند. لذا آگاهي از اين رويكردهاي آموزشي و عواملي كه بر آن اثر مي گذارد، براي طراحان آموزشي و مدرسان اهميت زيادي دارد.

Introduction: Role modeling is the essence of teacing and an effective teaching method in medical education, particularly in nursing education . Role modeling and mentoring in teaching and learning are two very useful strategies in clinical education, have key role. Therefore, the introduction of new teaching methods and use them as discipline to achieve maximum efficiency in medical knowledge seems necessary. This study is an overview of the role modleling and mentoring in nursing and particularly its application in nursing education has been done. Methods: Details of this study was to review and summarize the review of relevant literature and through targeted searches of library and electronic resources in the database ScienceDirect, PubMed,Google Scholar, SID, IranMedex, Magiran with keywords, role-modeling, Mentor, Mentoring and nursing education in Persian and English separately and in combination were obtained and related articles of the present study were examined. Papers from 1990 to 2014 were studied. Papers were initially about 80 to about 50 articles from the literature related to the present study were reviewed. Result: In this review article Angles, Characteristics, differences and different dimensions of two educational programs Mentoring and role modeling was expressed and Important aspect of education, clinical, knowledge, with emphasis on nursing profession from the perspective of different studies was examined. Role modeling has impact in theoretical instruction also, it is used in the clinical setting. Role modeling in education cause promoting in professional job of students and an acceptable strategy for transforming attitudes and professional behaviors of nursing students. in contrast, Mentoring is an active process and many faculty members have active responsibility to serve as the Mentor in clinical education. Conclusion: Mentoring in nursing is a process that fills the gap between education and the real world of work. Role modeling as an appropriate and reflective learning strategies. Both of these programs have a valuable role in nurse job satisfaction. Therefore, knowledge of educational approaches and factors that may affect it, is important for instructional designers and instructors.
