بررسي بيوسيستماتيكي گونه جرد بزرگ Rhombomys opimus Lichtenstein, 1823 (Rodentia: Gerbillinae) ايران

Biosystematic study of Great gerbil species Rhombomys opimus Lichtenstein, 1823 (Rodentia: Gerbillinae) in Iran

جرد بزرگ بومي بخشي از فون تركمنستان است كه به تدريج از طريق نواحي انتشار به داخل فلات ايران نفوذ كرده است و سپس در نواحي شمال شرقي، شرق و مركز گسترش يافته است. هدف اين پژوهش مطالعه تغييرات درون گونه اي جرد بزرگ و همچنين بررسي زيرگونه هاي موجود در نواحي مورد مطالعه با استفاده از صفات جمجمه اي است. 10 متغير جمجمه اي 80 نمونه متعلق به گروه پژوهشي جونده شناسي دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد گردآوري شده ازمناطق سرخس، تركمن صحرا (غرب، شرق و مركز)، درگز، بجنورد (رباط قره بيل) ويزد مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج مطالعات آماري تك متغيره و چندمتغيره نزديكي جمعيتهاي درگز، مركز وشرق تركمن صحرا و از سوي ديگر جمعيتهاي سرخس، بجنورد وغرب تركمن صحرا را تاييد مي كند. نمونه هاي يزد را مي توان به زير گونه R.opimus sodalis و بقيه جمعيتها را به زير گونه R.opimus sargadensis نسبت داد.

The Great gerbil is an endemic species of the Turkmenistan fauna that has gradually penetrated the Iranian plateau and then has been expanded to northeast, east and central Iran. The purpose of this study is to investigate intraspecific variations of Great gerbil and also investigate current subspecies in studied areas using cranial characters. 80 specimens belonging to Rodentology research Department, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad were studied using 10 cranial variables. These specimens were collected from Sarakhs, Turkmen plain, Dragaz, Bojnord (Robat gharehbil) and Yazd. Univarate and multivariate analysis confirm close relation between Sarakhs, west of Turkmen plain and Bojnord (Robat gharehbil), on one hand, close relation between Dragaz, central and east of Turkmen plain. The results suggest Yazd specimens as R.opimus sargadensis and the others as R.opimus sodalis.
