بررسي نقش فاوا بر بهبود عملكرد سازماني كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاهي دولتي شهر اصفهان با استفاده از كارت امتيازي متوازن (BSC)

A study of the role of ICT on improving organizational performance in academic libraries of state universities in city of Isfahan based on the balanced scorecard

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (فاوا) بر بهبود عملكرد سازماني كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاهي دولتي شهر اصفهان با استفاده از كارت امتيازي متوازن (BSC) بود. روش: روش تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري آن كليه كتابدارانِ كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي اصفهان، صنعتي اصفهان، و علوم پزشكي اصفهان با تعداد 169 نفر بود كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي متناسب با حجم، 118 نفر انتخاب گرديدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي صوري آن توسط اساتيد كتابداري و مديريت مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و ضريب پايايي با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرونباخ 97/0 محاسبه شد. يافته‏ها: به نظر كتابداران نقش فاوا بر هر يك از وجوه كارت امتيازي متوازن، مشتمل بر فرآيندهاي داخلي، رضايت كاربران، بهبود مالي، و رشد و يادگيري، بالاتر از حد متوسط است. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها بر حسب ويژگي‌هاي جمعيت‌شناختي نشان داد، بين نظر كتابداران بر حسب سمت، ميزان تحصيل، و سابقه خدمت تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد؛ اما افراد داراي مدرك كتابداري بيشتر از افراد فاقد مدرك كتابداري به نقش فاوا در بهبود عملكرد سازماني كتابخانه‌هاي خود معتقدند. همچنين نقش فاوا بر بهبود عملكرد سازماني كتابخانه‌هاي هريك از دانشگاه‌هاي مورد مطالعه يكسان نبوده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بيشترين نقش فاوا مربوط به فرآيندهاي داخلي و كمترين نقش مربوط به افزايش رشد و يادگيري بوده است.

Purpose: This research aims at investigating the role of ICT on improving organizational performance in academic libraries of state universities in Isfahan based on the balanced scorecard. Method: The research method is descriptive survey study. The population consists of all 169 librarians of the University of Isfahan, Isfahan technical university and Isfahan Medical Sciences university. the sample was estimated 118 persons using Random stratified sampling. To collect the data a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The face validity of questionnaire was approved by the expert teachers in library and information science and management and reliability coefficient was calculated 0/97 using Cronbach’s alpha. Findings: Results showed that the role of ICT on every aspect of the balanced scorecard, including internal processes, user satisfaction, financial improvement, and growth and learning is above the average from librarians’ point of view. Based on the demographic characteristics, position, level of study and years of work, there was no significant difference between librarians’ viewpoints; but the people with the librarianship degree considered the role of ICT in improving organizational performance more than those librarians without a librarianship degree. The findings showed that ICT had the greatest role on internal processes and the lowest role on growth and learning.
