سنجش تاثير معنويت سازماني بر بهره‌وري نيروي انساني در كتابخانه‌ها

Measuring the impact of organizational spirituality on labor productivity in libraries

هدف: سنجش رابطه بين معنويت سازماني و بهره وري كاركنان و كتابداران كتابخانه هاي دانشگاه شيراز و همچنين تعيين تاثيرگذارترين و پيش‌بيني كننده ترين شاخص ها در ارتقا بهره وري كاركنان. روش‌: به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات از دو پرسش نامه استفاده شد؛ پرسش نامه اول شامل 102 سوال، معنويت افراد را مورد سنجش قرارداد و پرسش نامه دوم، در قالب 30 سوال بهره وري افراد را به سنجش در آورد. كل جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد، پس از سنجش روايي و پايايي پرسش نامه‌ها، تعداد 82 پرسش نامه توزيع و با استفاده از نرم افزار علوم اجتماعي به تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي حاصل از آنها پرداخته شد. روش هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و ضريب رگرسيون چندگانه در تجزيه و تحليل داده ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: پژهش نشان داد كه بين معنويت و بهره وري افراد جامعه پژوهش همبستگي مثبت وجود دارد. از بين شاخص هاي معنويت، شاخص الزام و عمل به وظايف ديني بيش از شاخص هاي ديگر در ارتقا بهره وري افراد تاثيرگذار است و از بالاترين قدرت پيش بيني كنندگي متغير بهره وري نيز برخوردار مي باشد. همچنين تاثير شاخص هاي معنويت بر بهره وري، متغيري از ويژگي هاي جمعيت شناختي است. در پايان بر اساس اطلاعات گردآوري شده، مدل مفهومي پژوهش مورد تاييد قرار گرفت.

Purpose: This research aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational spirituality and productivity of librarians and library staff in libraries of Shiraz University and also determining the Influential and the most predictive indicator to Improve employee productivity. Methodology: To collect data two questionnaires were used; the first one measured the persons spirituality, and it included 102 questions in three dimensions: religious understanding and belief, religious orientation, and obligation to religious duties in practice. The second questionnaire had thirty questions and measured personal productivity. All librarians and library personnel whose scores were 82, were considered as subject of the study. Questionnaires were tested for reliability and validity. Data analysis was carried out by using SPSS software (16th edition) and statistical methods such as correlation coefficient and multiple regression coefficient were applied. Findings: Results show that there is a positive correlation between spirituality and productivity of subject of the study. Among spirituality dimensions, obligation to religious duties in practice affects personal motivation for higher productivity more than other dimensions and has high forecasting power as well. Also Demographic characteristics have some impacts on productivity. Ultimately a conceptual model was constructed and introduced which can be used by other researchers
