زيست نگاري و روايت فهم معلمان از نقش فلسفه تربيت در تحول عملكرد آنان

Narrate the Teachers and Educators Understands of the Role of Educational Philosophy in Evolution of their Educational Performance

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، روايت فهم دروني شده معلمان و مربيان از تجربه تحصيل در رشته «تاريخ و فلسفه تعليم و تربيت» در راستاي نقش فلسفه تربيت در تحول عملكرد آنان مي‌باشد. براي دست‌يابي به اين هدف از روش زيست نگاري و روايتي بهره گرفته شد و فهم دوازده نفر از معلمان و مربيان با استفاده از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته، مصاحبه روايتي، گزارش هاي خودزيست نگاري، بازيابي و روايت شد. نتايج حاصل تحليل روايت‌ها نشان داد كه چنين فهمي، واجد دو روايت غم انگيز و روايت شوق آفرين درباره نقش فلسفه تربيت است. با تامل در يافته‌هاي پژوهش، پيشنهادي هايي براي فيلسوفان و نظريه پردازان تربيت از يك سو و معلمان و مربيان آن، از سوي ديگر ارايه شد. اندكي دور شدن از كرسي نظريه پردازي انتزاعي دانشگاه، حضور در ميدان پر ازدحام مدرسه و فهم ورزي زنده و پوياي فيلسوفان و نظريه پردازان تربيت با دغدغه‌ها و مسايل عيني و ملموس فضاي كلاس درس، اصل كلام اين پژوهش در گفتگو با آنهاست. پرهيز از بي تاملي و روزمرگي و رو آوردن به فلسفه ورزي و نويسندگي، سخن ديگر اين پژوهش در گفتگو با مربيان و معلمان مي باشد.

The purpose of this narrative qualitative study is narrates the teachers and educators understand of the role of philosophy of education in evolution of their educational performance when they graduated in philosophy of education. For this reason, 12 teachers and educators selected. Based on semi interview, narrative interview and critical autobiographical reports the information gathered. The results include two main narratives, a sad and a good episode. With considering this, the paper has presented a few recommendations for both of teachers and philosophers of education. Participating in schools and live thinking about educational issues and practical problems, is the pathological suggestion to philosophers who want to understand educational issues from faraway namely the office in university. Philosophizing, researching and writing about their owned work are also the suggestions to teachers and educators until these two groups can enhance and improve educational practice. With explain of those two main narratives, the research based on a pathological viewpoint, has showed why they should accept these suggestions and obligate to them.
