امت گرايي در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران؛ تطبيق دكترين هاي«ام القري»و«تعامل فزاينده»

The Ummah -Oriented Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran; Comparing the two Doctrines of "Umm Al-Qura "and" Increasing Engagement"

در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، « صدورانقلاب » با پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي و اتخاذ رويكرد مبتني بر » و « برخاسته از ذات ايديولوژيك نظام سياسي » ،« ناشي از ذات ملت- دولت » سهگونه اهداف مطرح شدند. با بروز جنگ تحميلي و رخداد 11 سپتامبر، شاهد شكلگيري دو دكترين « ذات ديني نظام در سياست خارجي ايران هستيم. در اين نوشتار سعي شده تا به اين سيوال « تعامل فزاينده » و « امالقري » با معيار امتگرايي در دكترينهاي فوق « صدور انقلاب » اصلي پاسخ داده شود كه چگونه رويكرد سياست خارجي ايران، تحت تاثير شرايط » جلوهگر شده است؟ بر اين اساس، فرضيه مقاله مدعي است محيطي (منطقهاي و بينالمللي) ضمن حفظ آرمانها به واقعگرايي و عملگرايي تمايل پيدا نموده و از بر اين اساس، به ارزيابي مفردات و .« اين رهگذر، محملي براي رسيدن به آرمانهاي خودساخته است پرداختهايم كه طي آن، ايران با مشاركت در نهادهاي « تعامل فزاينده » و « امالقري » شكلگيري دكترين در پي مقابله با تهديدات و خشونتهاي پنهان « صلح عادلانه » و « عدالت » بينالمللي و با توسل به دو اصل و نيمهپنهان بهوجودآمده پس از 11 سپتامبر برآمد.

With the victory of the Islamic Revolution and Adoption of "Exportation of Revolution" Approach, Iranʹs foreign policy objectives were outlined three types of goals, including "due to the nature of the nation - state", " Arising from the ideological nature of the political system" and " Based on the religious nature of the system". Imposed by the war and the events of September 11, we are onlooker the formation of two doctrines: "Umm Al-Qura" and "increasing engagement" in Iranʹs foreign policy. In this paper, we have tried to answer the question how to approach the "Exportation of Revolution" with trends Ummah standard oriented has been manifested? Accordingly, the paperʹs hypothesis Claims "the Islamic Republicʹs foreign policy is influenced by environmental conditions (regional and international) to preserve the ideals of realism and pragmatism inclined and yet it the vehicle has the right to achieve their ideals". Accordingly, we evaluated "doctrine Umm Al-Qura" and "increasing engagement" which have dealt with Iranian partnership with international institutions, and by means of the two principles of "justice" and "fair peace", its confrontation with threats and hidden and half hidden violence of September 11 aftermath.
