Feasibility Study of the Ecotourism of the City of Ramsar via SWOT- FANP Technique

اكوتوريسم پديده‌اي مدرن، با انگيزه اصلي گردشگري، مشاهده و لذت از طبيعت، پديده‌ها و چشم‌اندازهاي طبيعي و فرهنگي بوده و از آن مي‌توان به عنوان يكي از منابع جديد درآمد در راستاي توسعه پايدار نام برد. بر اين اساس، شناسايي قابليت‌ها و راهكارهاي توسعه طبيعت‌گردي در نواحي مختلف جغرافيايي از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. از اين‌رو، پژوهش حاضر، امكان‌سنجي توسعه اكوتوريسم در منطقه رامسر را مورد ارزيابي قرار مي‌دهد. اطلاعات اين مقاله با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و منابع لاتين مي‌باشد و با مروري مختصر بر ادبيات موضوع گردآوري شده و با تكنيك‌هاي SWOT-FANP و FUZZY به بررسي نمونه موردي پرداخته است. براساس نتايج به دست آمده نيز پتانسيل‌ها و ضعف‌هاي موجود در شهرستان رامسر شناسايي شده و مشخص گرديد كه ارتقاي كمي و كيفي امكانات خدماتي و رفاهي با توجه به موقعيت شهر در بستر طبيعت، به عنوان اولويت مي‌باشد و بهره‌مندي از تمام پتانسيل‌هاي طبيعي، تاريخي و ... شهر باعث جلوگيري از عوامل كاهنده جاذبه‌هاي گردشگري و جذب سرمايه‌گذاران داخلي و خارجي در راستاي توسعه اقتصادي مي‌شود. پيشنهادهاي سازنده‌اي نيز در بهبود هر چه بهتر اكوتوريسم در منطقه مورد مطالعه ارايه شده است.

Ecotourism, as a modern phenomenon, with a tourism purpose behind, involves observation of and enjoying nature as well as natural and cultural phenomena and landscapes and it can be referred to as one of the new sources of income to serve the purpose of sustainable development. Hence, identifying the capabilities and the methods of developing ecotourism is of great importance in various geographic regions. To this end, the current research investigates into the feasibility of developing ecotourism in the city of Ramsar. The required data were collected via utilizing library research and English references as well as via referring to the related literature and have been analyzed through SWOT-FANP and FUZZY Techniques. The results help identifying existing potentials and weaknesses in the city of Ramsar and showing the fact that what minimizes tourism attraction barriers and maximizes domestic and foreign investors in line with economic development are primarily qualitative and quantitative enhancement of welfare and service facilities provided concerning the location of the city in the context of the nature and then exploiting all potentials of the city, including historical, natural and etc. Also, suggestions will be made improving ecotourism in the very region
