مقايسه ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي مرتبط با كارآفريني در دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي و غيرانتفاعي شهرستان گرمسار

Comparison of Personality Specifications related to entrepreneurship among the State-run and Non-profit High School Students in Garmsar

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي مقايسه‌اي ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي مرتبط با كارآفريني در ميان دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي و غيرانتفاعي شهرستان گرمسار است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي پسرانه و دخترانه دولتي و غيرانتفاعي شهر گرمسار بودند. نمونه مورد مطالعه، شامل «350 نفر، 175 آزمودني براي هر گروه» است كه از طريق نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي تصادفي انتخاب‌شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه كارآفريني ساخته‌شده توسط تيموري در سال 1387 بوده‌است. جهت تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي شامل «جدول‌هاي فراواني، نمودار، انحراف استاندارد و ميانگين و آزمون‌هاي آماري، تحليل واريانس چندمتغيري و تحليل واريانس يك‌راهه» استفاده‌شد. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان‌دادند كه دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي غيرانتفاعي از حيث ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي كارآفريني نسبت‌به دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي از وضعيتي بهتر دارند. بين دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي و غيرانتفاعي از لحاظ خلاقيت، كانون كنترل دروني، تحمل ابهام و تمايل به خطرپذيري، تفاوت معني‌دار وجوددارد و دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي غيرانتفاعي در مقايسه با دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي در وضعي بهتر قرار‌دارند، ولي در ويژگي انگيزه پيشرفت، تفاوت معني‌دار مشاهده‌نشد و دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي غيرانتفاعي با دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دولتي در سطح يكسان قرار‌دارند

The purpose of the present study is comparing personality characteristics related to entrepreneurship between high school students in the state-run and non-profit high school students in Garmsar. The population of the research was male and female students in state-run and non-profit high schools in Garmsar city .The sample of the study consists of 350 cases and each group consist of 175 cases which are randomly chosen through cluster sampling . Entrepreneurial questionnaire was the used instrument in this re-search which was made by Teymori in 1387. Descriptive statistics consists of frequency tables ,diagram, standard deviation ,mean ,and statistical tests of multi-variables variance analysis and unilateral variance analysis were used for data analysis. the results showed that in terms of entrepreneurial personality , the students in non-profit schools in compare with state-run students have better situation. The survey consequences confirmed the principal hypothesis ( the contrasts be-tween the students of the non-profit high school and the state –run high school testers with respect to the personality specification) and the peripheral hypothes-es(the contrast between the students of the non-profit high school and the state –run high school testers with respect to creativity, internal locus of control , ambiguity tolerance and risk-taking propensity) did not confirm the necessity for achievement because of non existence of a meaningful difference.
