بررسي مقايسه‌اي حمايت اجتماعي ادراك شده و سلامت روان مادران كودكان با و بدون آسيب شنوايي

Comparison of Perceived Social Support and Mental Health of Mothers of Children with and without Hearing-Impairment

مطالعات نشان مي­دهند كه خانواده‏های دارای كودكان با آسيب شنوايی به ويژه مادران با مشكلات جسمانی و روان‏شناختی بيشتری مواجه مي­شوند. هدف اين پژوهش، مقايسه حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده و سلامت روان مادران كودكان با و بدون آسيب شنوايی بود. نمونه ی اين پژوهش متشكل از 100 مادر در شهرستان بابل بود كه به صورت نمونه گيری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار به كار گرفته‌شده، مقياس چندبعدی حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌های تحليل واريانس يك طرفه، ضريب همبستگی پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بين حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده (003/0>p) و سلامت روان (005/0>p) مادران كودكان با و بدون آسيب شنوايی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بين حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده با سلامت روان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (01/0P<). همچنين، حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده توانست با ضريبی معادل 56/0 تغييرات سلامت روان را پيش‌بينی كند. با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، حمايت اجتماعی ادراك شده می تواند سلامت روان مادران كودكان با آسيب شنوايي را بهبود بخشد. لذا، توصيه می‌شود كارشناسان و مسئولان خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به سلامت روان مادران كودكان با نيازهای ويژه از جمله، مادران كودكان با آسيب شنوايي بيشتر توجه كنند. 

Studies showed that Families of children with hearing-impairment, especially mothers, face with more physical and psychological problems. The purpose of this study is the comparison of perceived social support and mental health of mothers of children with and without hearing-impairment. The sample of this study included 100 mothers in Babol city that were selected by cluster sampling method. Data gathered by Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and General Health Questionnaire. One-way analysis of variance, Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests used for analyzing data. Findings show that there are significant differences between the perceived social support (p=0/003) and mental health (p=0/005) of mothers of children with and without hearing-impairment. There are significant relationships between perceived social support and mental health of mothers of children with and without hearing-impairment (p=0/01). Also, perceived social support predicts the changes of mental health with coefficient of % 56. According to findings, it seems that perceived social support can be improved by mental health of mothers of children with and without hearing-impairment. Therefore, it is recommended that health care experts and officials pay more attention to the mental health of mothers, especially mothers of children with hearing-impairment.
