اثربخشي معلمان كلاس هاي عادي بر فرايند آموزش دانش آموزان با نيازهاي ويژه و عوامل مؤثر بر آن

The effectiveness of teachers of normal classes on education process of Children with special needs and effective factors on it

نيازهای ويژه به صورت اختلالات رفتاری- روانی، نارسايی های يادگيری و ناتوانی های جسمانی بر فرايند آموزش دانش آموزان اثر دارند. هدف از اجرای اين پژوهش، تعيين اثربخشی معلمان كلاس های عادی بر فرايند آموزشی دانش آموزان با نيازهای ويژه و عوامل مؤثر بر آن می باشد. اين پژوهش با رويكرد كيفی ، با استفاده از مصاحبه های بحث گروهی متمركز با 10 معلم، 10 دانش آموز با نيازهای ويژه و 8 نفر از والدين كودكان با نيازهای ويژه انجام شده است. روش نمونه گيری مبتنی بر هدف تا رسيدن به اشباع داده ها بوده است. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و نوشته شده و سپس تجزيه و تحليل شده اند. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها منجر به ظهور مفاهيمی از اوصاف اثربخشی معلم چون اثرگذار ابدی، امنيت دهنده، تغيير دهنده مسير زندگی شد. به عنوان عوامل تأثيرگذار سه عامل: الف- شناخت كامل معلم از نقش های خود در رابطه با اين دانش آموزان ب- شناخت معلم از نيازهای ويژه دانش آموزان ج- درك موقعيت مناسب، نيز در فرايند آموزش اين دانش آموزان تعيين گرديد. يكی از بهترين حمايت ها از آموزش همگانی و پاسخ دهی به نيازهای ويژه رو به گسترش دانش آموزان، حمايت از معلمان كلاس های عادی و تقويت آنان به عنوان يك عنصر مهم در فرايند آموزش دانش آموزان با نيازهای ويژه جهت مديريت بر سه عامل تأثيرگذار ذكر شده بر آن می باشد.

  Special needs as psycho-behavioral disorders, learning disorders and physical disabilities have effect on education process of students. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of teachers of normal classes on education process of children with special needs and effective factors on it.This study was qualitative, with basal theory method, by using focal group discussion with 10 teachers, 10 students with special needs and 8 parents of them. The sampling method was simple an available until the data saturation. The interviews were recorded, next have been written, after that they have been analyzed. The data analysis showed new concepts of effectiveness qualities of teacher as eternal impact, security giver, and changer of life route. Three effective factors have also been determined in education process of these students: a) Complete recognition of teacher about his roles in relation to these students, b) recognizing the special needs of students by teacher, c) Perception of appropriate situation.One of the best supports of general education and responding to increasing of special needs of students is support of normal classes’ teachers and enforce them as a important element in education process of students with special needs in order to managing of 3 above effective factors.
