Information Technology, Communication and their Role in Teaching and Learning of Students Suffering from Cerebral Palsy

  بخش بزرگی از دانش­آموزان دارای نيازهای آموزشی ويژه، دانش­آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی هستند. فلج مغزی (CP) اختلالی است كه بر حركت و وضع اندامی بدن تاثير مي­گذارد. اين اصطلاح در خصوص دانش آموزانی به كار می رود كه دارای اختلال های ارتباطی، حسی، هوشی و حمله صرع هستند. بيشتر اين دانش آموزان، هماهنگی حركتی ضعيفی دارند كه باعث می شود به خوبی نتوانند حركات ظريف خود را كنترل كنند. از آنجا كه اين دانش آموزان دارای معلوليت های متعدد هستند، همان روش ها و تجهيزاتی كه برای دانش آموزان آسيب ديده بينايی يا شنوايی، دارای مشكلات­گفتاری، ناتوانی يادگيری، اختلال رفتاری يا كم توان ذهنی به كار می رود، در اينجا نيز لازم مي­آيد. دانش­آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی، تنها در صورتی ياد مي­گيرند و به موفقيت نائل مي­شوند كه برای آموزش آنها از روش­ها، تجهيزات و فن آوري­های مناسبی استفاده شده باشد. آنچه در اين مقاله مورد بررسی قرار می گيرد امكان استفاده از فن آوري­های آموزشی مناسب برای دانش آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی است.

The huge number of the students having special academic needs is suffering from cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a disorder that affects the body’s shape and movement. This terminology is used for those students that have communication, sensory, intelligence and epilepsy problems. Most of these students have poor moving co-ordination which means they cannot have any control over delicate movements of their bodies. Since the students with cerebral palsy have multiple disabilities, not only they need special equipment and facilities, they also need the same methods and equipment that are needed for students suffering from blindness, deafness, speech impediment, learning disability, behavioral disorder or mental retardation. Students suffering from cerebral palsy can learn and achieve success only if proper methods, equipment and information technology are used. In this article, the possibilities of using proper educational information and technology for students suffering from cerebral palsy been explored.
