هدف اساسي از نگارش اين مقاله بررسي اثر بخشي وبيان جايگاه حقوقي زن توسط قرآن كريم در جامعه بشري مي باشد. نقش قرآن كريم در بهبود نهايي رابطه زنان ومردان در طول تاريخ بي نظير بوده است. اصلاحات قرآن كريم در باره حقوق زن وجايگاه واقعي آن با استناد به تفاسير واستنباطهاي حقوقي صورت گرفته است. نتايج بررسي نشان داده كه: عدم احترام و اعتراف به جايگاه حقوقي مناسب براي زنان در طول تاريخ خود ناشي از انحراف و عدم رشد وتكامل عقل بشري بوده است. كه قرآن كريم نيز در جهت بازيابي جايگاه حقوقي زنان در جامعه بشري؛ در دو حوزه اصلي ، نقش مهمي ايفا نموده است.اول: در خصوص نحوه تكوين وجودي زن اقدام به اصلاح انحرافات ديدگاهي بشر نمود .دوم: براي تحصيل حقوق و تكاليف زن دربسياري از عرصه ها اقدام به اعطاي شخصيت حقوقي زن دستوراني منظورنمود

This article is about the status of woman in the Holy Qurʹan and eradicating the healthy relationships between men and women. So the subjects of psychology, sociology, law and religion have been used in this study. Also, descriptive method and analysis of the verses have been used and the Holy Qurʹan is the main source of the study. Thus, in this article the weakened status of women in human society are discussed in general and in Islamic society in particular. Then the reasons of this weakness investigated by the Holy Qurʹan and Sunnite of Ahle Beit (peace be upon them). The researcher has referred to the strategies by using the religion and based on this, the article answered the basic questions in the introduction. But primarily, we say that the reasons of weakened status of women in society is the thoughts and views that people had in a specific period of time when men had the responsibility of all the works and with iron hands faced with women. Based on this, in the era of science revolution and the small global village, we can see such relations. Since Islam is the last religion and Islam prophet is the last one that has the responsibility of the bliss in this and next world, it is the duty of religion to eradicate such a wrong social distance between men and women. Thus, we are required to refer to the Islamic sources- the Holy Qurʹan and Ahle Beit- and solve social problems.
