موضوع خصومت هاي مسلحانه در عصر حاضر يكي از موضوعات مهم درعرصه بين المللي و داخلي است.جهان هر روزه شاهد جنگ هاي بين المللي وداخلي مي باشد.پيشگيري از اين مخاصمات در گرو توسعه مردم سالاري و رعايت حقوق بشر و حكومت قانون در ابعاد گوناگون آن است. زنان و كودكان عامل برانگيختن جنگها نيستند ولي همواره?به گواه?تاريخ بيشترين صدمات?را در اثر جنگ?ها به صور گوناگون متحمل شده و مي?شوند. از مشكلات حاد بين‏المللي زنان مسيله تجاوز نظام‏يافته عليه زنان و كودكان درمناقشات مسلحانه است كه با هدف پاكسازي?قومي و... به?طور وحشيانه صورت مي‏پذيرد.مسلماً برخورد قاطع و?جدي جامعه بين‏المللي مي‏تواند تاثيرمطلوبي در جلوگيري از ارتكاب به اين اعمال غيرانساني?داشته باشد

The armed hostility in the present age is one of the most important issues in international and domestic affairs. The world is almost facing civil and international war every day. Preventing such conflicts depends on the development of democracy and respect for human rights and the rule of law in various dimensions. Despite the wars stimulating factors, women and children have always been suffered the most injuries of the wars in different forms based on historical documents. One of the women urgent international problems is the systematic rape against women and children in armed disputes that aimed ethnic cleansing and carried on by brutality. Certainly decisive and serious confronting by the international community could have prevented such inhumane actions .The most important crimes were mentioned in this article referring the international documents.
