The Relationship between the Structure of Patriarchal Authority in the Individualʹʹs Family of Origin and the Efficiency of Family

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه ساختار قدرت پدرمحور در خانواده اصلي فرد، با كارامدي خانواده فعلي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه زنان معلم مدارس شهر نورآباد لرستان است. نمونه پژوهش 205 نفر است كه به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش، پرسشنامه 79سوالي كارامدي خانواده، ساخته‌شده براساس آموزه‌هاي اسلامي است و پرسشنامه 36سوالي ساختار قدرت در خانواده است. پژوهش كمّي از نوع همبستگي است. داده‌ها براساس ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون تحليل شد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه بين ساختار قدرت پدرمحور در خانواده اصلي فرد با كارامدي خانواده فعلي، رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و همچنين، بين ساختار قدرت پدرمحور در خانواده اصلي فرد با همه مولفه‌هاي ده‌گانه كارامدي خانواده فعلي رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. يافته ديگر اينكه، ساختار قدرت پدرمحور در خانواده اصلي فرد مي‌تواند حدود 10 درصد از واريانس عملكرد خانواده فعلي را تبيين مي‌كند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش، براساس الگوي پدرمحوري دموكراتيك تبيين مي‌شود و همسو با الگوي ساختار قدرت براساس آموزه‌هاي اسلامي و بسياري از پژوهش‌هاي داخلي و خارجي است.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the structure of patriarchal authority in the individualʹs family of origin and the current efficiency of family. The research methodology is quantitative-correlational. The population consists of all female school teachers in the city of Nourabad in Lorestan province that 205 teachers were selected with the help of cluster sampling. An efficiency of family questionnaire with 79 questions and a questionnaire on the structure of authority in the family with 36 questions were applied in the study. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. The results showed that there is a meaningful positive relationship between the structure of patriarchal authority in the family of origin and the current efficiency of family. Also, there is a meaningful positive relationship between the structure of patriarchal authority in the family of origin and all ten components of current efficiency of family. The structure of patriarchal authority in the family of origin explains nearly 10% of the variance of current efficiency of family. Based on the patterns of democratic patriarchy and structure of authority according to Islamic teachings and many internal and external studies, the research findings are explained.
