توسعه كارآفريني اجتماعي؛ آسيب‌ها، عوامل موثر و راهكارها

Development of Social Entrepreneurship; Problems, Effective Factors, and Solutions

امروزه به توسعه كارآفريني اجتماعي به عنوان ماموريتي اجتماعي و انسان‌دوستانه، و يكي از راهكارهاي حل برخي مسايل و آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي توجه مي‌شود. كارآفريني تاثيري مثبت و مستقيم در بسياري از فعاليت‌هاي مختلف كشورها داشته است؛ از يك سو، سبب توسعه اقتصادي و ايجاد فرصت‌هاي شغلي مي‌شود و از سوي ديگر، مي‌تواند سبب بهبود وضعيت اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه شود. مقاله حاضر برگرفته از نتايج پژوهشي است كه با هدف بررسي وضعيت كارآفريني اجتماعي در يكي از مناطق شهري شهر تهران بر اساس طرح پژوهش آميخته (كمي وكيفي) انجام گرفته است. براي دستيابي به اطلاعات و داده‌ها، ابزارهاي پرسشنامه، مصاحبه با گروهي از كارشناسان و متخصصان، به‌كار گرفته شده است. با توجه به اينكه بسياري از مسايل و آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي ريشه در بيكاري و عدم‌اشتغال افراد جامعه دارد، توجه به مقوله كارآفريني اجتماعي مي‌تواند تا حد زيادي آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي را تحت‌الشعاع قرار داده و آن‌ها را كاهش دهد، لذا اين مقاله قصد دارد با مروري بر مسيله آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و همچنين، كارآفريني اجتماعي با نتيجه‌گيري در اين زمينه پيشنهادها و راهكارهايي براي تسهيل توسعه كارآفريني اجتماعي مطرح كند.

Today, development of social entrepreneurship has been regarded as a social and altruistic mission and as a solution to some social problems and damages. Entrepreneurship has exerted positive and direct impact on the activities of many different countries. On one hand, it leads to economic development and creation of vocational opportunities; and on the other hand, it causes to improve social and cultural situation of the society. The present paper is resulted from a research conducted in one of the urban areas of Tehran with the goal of investigating social entrepreneurship situation based on a mixed methodology research approach. Questionnaire and interview with a group of experts and specialists have been utilized in order to access data and information. With regard to the fact that many social problems and damages root in unemployment of the individuals in the society, paying attention to social entrepreneurship can influence social damages to a large extent and can reduce them. Thus, this paper aims to review the issue of social damages and social entrepreneurship as well and then to present solutions for facilitating social entrepreneurship.
