چكيده
يكي از مهم ترين اهداف مطالعاتي در باستان شناسي مطالعه تغييرات فرهنگي است. تفسير دلايل تغييرات فرهنگي در يك جامعه يا منطقه در دوران پيش از تاريخ نيازمند درك درست روابط بين مواد فرهنگي است. داشتن ديدگاه يا رويكرد نظري خاص به موضوع تغييرات فرهنگي نيز سمت و سوي جهت گيري محقق را نشان مي دهد. يكي از مناطق فرهنگي ايران كه بحث هاي فراواني پيرامون تغييرات فرهنگي آن در پيش از تاريخ مطرح است فلات مركزي ايران است. بيشتر نظريات ارايه شده در باره تغييرات فرهنگي اين منطقه مبتني بر رويكرد تاريخي- فرهنگي بوده است. در اين مقاله ضمن بازنگري و نقد نظريات پيشين با تعريف مفاهيم نظري و ارايه زمينه نظري موضوع با رويكردي تازه به تحليل اين تغييرات در دشت تهران پرداخته و ساختار فرهنگي جوامع پيش از تاريخي اين منطقه را بر اساس داده هاي باستان شناختي مورد بحث و بررسي قرار داده ام.

Abstract
Concentrating on cultural changes is one of the most significant aims of studying archeology. The
interpretation of the cultural changes in a society or a region in prehistoric periods requires a decent
understanding of the relation between the cultural materials. Having a specific view or a theoretical
approach towards the so-called issue reflects the researcher’s orientations. One of the cultural areas
in Iran about which there have been several ideas and disputes on its prehistoric cultural changes
could be the Central Plateau of Iran. Most of the proposed theories about the cultural changes of
this area have been based on historical-cultural approach. In this study, we have been analyzing
these changes in Tehran plain along with revision and considering the past theories together with
defining theoretical concepts for presenting a new viewpoint
