Functions of Media in providing social security in Islamic republic of Iran

امنيت اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين تمهيدات در راستاي حفظ حيات گروه‌هاي اجتماعي در مقابل قدرت برتر و انحصاري كه نمايندگي آن را دولت به دوش مي‌كشد و همچنين ايجاد زمينه‌اي براي برخورداري گروه‌هاي مختلف اجتماعي از فرصت‌ها، امكانات و تسهيلات به منظور دستيابي به اهداف كاركردي خويش، مطرح شده است. رسانه‌ها به دليل قابليت هاي فراوان (كاربردي و تكنولوژيك)، بر بسياري از مولفه‌ها تاثير گذارده و در يك نگرش تاريخي؛ موجب به‌وجود آمدن دوره‌هاي متفاوت گرديده‌اند. جوامع انساني از اين تاثيرات به دور نبوده و به اشكال مختلف، پذيراي تحولات ناشي از اين تغييرات و تحولات تكنولوژيك گرديده است. رسانه‌ها بر اثر واقعيت‌هاي نمادين، نقش اساسي در واقعيت‌هاي ذهني داشته و مبناي رفتارها مي‌گردند. رسانه‌ها با سازوكارها و نقش‌هايي بي‌نظير، كنترل اخبار و مراقبت از محيط، جامعه‌پذيري سياسي و اجتماعي، ايجاد همبستگي بين اجزاي گوناگون، انتقال ميراث فرهنگي از نسلي به نسل ديگر، وظيفه اخلاقي حمايت از هنجارهاي اجتماعي در پي خلق شرايطي هستند كه در آن فرد و گروه‌هاي اجتماعي، فارغ از ترس از دست دادن و يا آسيب رسيدن به جان و مال يا آبروي خود، به زندگي در شرايط امن ادامه دهند. تحقق امنيت اجتماعي باعث گشايش درهاي سازگاري و افزايش مراودات بين گروه‌ها و اقشار اجتماعي گوناگون مي گردد و در مجموع فضاي اجتماعي بازتري را ايجاد مي كند. در اين بين، با يك نگاه مثبت رسانه ها با توجه به ويژگي ها و كاركردهاي متنوع خود در درونشان فرآيند آموزش و يادگيري اجتماعي را گنجانده اند كه نتيجه آن؛ مسيوليت‌پذيري و آشنايي بيشتر با حقوق و وظايف، پرورش و برانگيختن صفات مثبت و سازنده است. بر همين اساس، رسانه‌ها مي توانند در قالب يكي از تاثيرگذارترين ابزار جلب مشاركت مردمي در تامين امنيت اجتماعي ظاهر شوند.

Social security is one of the most important provisions in line with keeping aliveness of social groups versus superior power and governmental monopoly, also it comes as a background for different social groups to take opportunities, facility in order to reach their functional goals. Since media has many capabilities(implicational and technological)it influenced on many compilation and in a historic point of view it made different eras. Societies have always been under influence of technological changes and accepted them. Symbolic realities in media have important roles in mental realities and will become basis for behaviors. The media attempt to create conditions in which individual and social groups to continue living in secure situation and conditions without fear of getting hurt to their properties, soul and they do this with the help of unique methods like, controlling the news, protecting the environment, social and political sociability, creating solidarity among different parts, transferring cultural legacy from one generation to another and supporting social norms. Social security materialization opens doors to adaptation and union, therefore it increases social contacts among stratums and finally makes wider social space. Meantime with a positive news media with regard to their functions have a process or duty of social education and learning which results in familiarizing with rights and duties, and motivating constructive and positive qualities. As a result, the media can play an important role in providing social security in the shape of one of the most impressive tools to draw peopleʹs participation.
