ارزش اقتصادي مطبوعيت پارك جنگلي چيتگر در مقايسه با ساير پارك‏هاي جنگلي كشور

Economic value of satisfactoriness of Chitgar forestall park in comparison with another forestall parks in our country

ارزش‏گذاري اقتصادي راهبردي اساسي در بهتر ساختن سياست‏هاي زيستمحيطي جهت نيل به توسعه پايدار خواهد بود. توجه به اين ساز و كار‏ها به افزايش رفاه بشر مي‌انجامد. از اين رو كمي و قابل فهم كردن اين منابع حايز اهميت است. در اين مطالعه جهت بررسي ارزش مطبوعيت محيط‌زيست پارك جنگلي چيتگر، ارزش تفريحي اين پارك با استفاده از روش ارزش‌گذاري مشروط برآورد شد. عوامل موثر بر ميزان اين مطبوعيت با استفاده از مدل لاجيت تعيين گرديد. اطلاعات اين مطالعه در سال 1390 و به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌بندي تصادفي از 242 گردشگر منطقه جمع‌آوري شد. متغييرهاي مبلغ پيشنهادي، درآمد ماهيانه خانواده، سطح تحصيلات، ميزان رضايت، سن، تمايل جهت بازديد مجدد و فصل بهار و تابستان اثر معني‏داري بر تمايل به پرداخت افراد جهت استفاده از مطبوعيت محيط‌زيست در اين پارك داشتند. ميزان تمايل به پرداخت جهت كسب مطبوعيت حاصل از استفاده تفريحي پارك جنگلي چيتگر براي هر فرد در هر بازديد، 9/2559 ريال به دست آمد. اين ميزان در مقايسه با ساير پارك‌هاي جنگلي واقع در شمال كشور به ميزان قابل توجهي پايين‏تر است. تفاوت جذابيت‌هاي اين پارك‌ها‌ موجب اختلاف چشمگير تمايل به پرداخت جهت كسب مطبوعيت حاصل از استفاده تفريحي آنها شده‌است. لذا جهت افزايش رضايتمندي افراد بايد تمهيداتي نظير ساخت امكانات و تجهيزات زيربنايي جهت جذب گردشگر با تشويق و حمايت بخش خصوصي براي سرمايهگذاري در اين پارك در نظر گرفته شود.

The economic valuation is a basic strategy in improving of environmental policies to achieve ecologically sustainable development. Given these mechanisms lead to an increase in human welfare. Hence, it is important to quantify and understand these resources. In this study, for value of environmental satisfactoriness of Chitgar forest parks, the recreational values were estimated using contingent valuation method, Factors affecting the satisfactoriness using logit models, respectively. The study in 2010 and stratified random sampling area were collected from 242 tourists. The variables of suggested fee, family monthly revenue, the educational level, satisfaction rate, age, the inclination to revisit, and spring and summer has a meaningful effect on peopleʹs inclination to pay for taking advantage of recreational useing of this park. The meaningfulness of three variables the suggested fee, family monthly revenue and the educational level is similar to research findings in another forestall parks. WTP for acquiring recreational amenities of Forest Park Chitgar per person per visit was 2559.9 Rials. The rate of forest compared to other parks in the north generally significantly lower. Difference beauty of this park, resulting in significantly different willingness to pay for the acquisition of recreational satisfactoriness they have. Therefore, measures should be taken to increase their satisfaction. The construction of facilities and infrastructure to attract tourists by encouraging and supporting the private sector to invest in this park is recommended.
