Investigating the Relationship between Transformational Management and Organizational Health

اين تحقيق با هدف "بررسي رابطه رهبري تحول آفرين و سلامت سازماني در پليس پيشگيري فرماندهي انتظامي تهران بزرگ به روش تحليلي- توصيفي صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق تمامي كاركنان پليس پيشگيري بوده كه داراي جايگاه شغلي فرماندهي و مديريت بودهاند كه 156 نفر به روش تصادفي چند مرحلهاي انتخاب شدند. براي جمعآوري دادههاي مربوط به رهبري تحول آفرين از پرسشنامه استاندارد (MLQ-5X) و براي جمعآوري دادههاي مربوط به سلامت سازماني از پرسشنامه استاندارد (OHI) استفاده شده است كه پايايي آنها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 95/0 و 94/0 به دست آمد. به منظور تحليل دادهها از آزمونهاي همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه گام به گام و آزمون تي تك نمونهاي، آزمون تحليل واريانس و آزمون تعقيبي توكي و شفه، استفاده شد. نتايج آزمون همبستگي پيرسون حاكي است كه بين رهبري تحول آفرين و سلامت سازماني رابطه مثبت و معناداري هست. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نيز حاكي بود كه از بين عوامل رهبري تحول آفرين، سه بعد انگيزش الهام بخش، مديريت بر مبناي استثنا (فعال) و ملاحظه فردي به عنوان متغيرهاي پيش بين معيار ورود به معادله نهايي رگرسيون براي توضيح تغييرات سلامت سازماني را دارا است و ابعاد ساختدهي، مراعات و نفوذ مدير نيز بهعنوان متغيرهاي پيش بين معيار ورود به معادله نهايي رگرسيون براي توضيح تغييرات رهبري تحولآفرين را دارا است. نتايج آزمون تي تك نمونهاي نيز نشان داد كه عامل رهبري تحول آفرين در حد قوي و عامل سلامت سازماني در حد متوسط در پليس پيشگيري از ديدگاه مديران و فرماندهان وجود دارد. با استفاده از آزمون تحليل واريانس و آزمونهاي تعقيبي توكي و شفه نيز دريافتيم كه اختلاف رهبري تحول آفرين و سلامت سازماني در چهار معاونت مورد بررسي، معنيدار است.

his study aimed to “review the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health in Crime Prevention Police of Tehran”. A descriptive-analytical method was opted. The population of the study consisted of all crime prevention police forces who were managers and commanders. 156 subjects were randomly selected based on a multi-stage method. To collect data for transformational leadership, the standard MLQ-5X questionnaire was used and for organizational health OHI questionnaire was utilized. The reliability of the questionnaires was respectively .95 and .94. To analyze data, Pearson correlation, stepwise multiple regression and one-sample t-test, analysis of variance and Tukey and Scheffe tests were run. The results of Pearson correlation indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational health. The results of regression analysis showed that in transformational leadership three factors of inspirational motivation, management by exception (active), and individual consideration are predictor variables and criteria for entry into the final regression equation to explain changes in organizational health. Also, the three dimensions of structuring, consideration, and influence of the manager were the criteria for entry into the regression equation as predictor variables of transformational leadership to explain changes. The results of one-sample t-test showed that, according to attitudes of police managers and commanders, the transformational leadership factors strongly and organizational health moderately exists in Crime Prevention Police. Using ANOVA and Tukey and Scheffe tests, we also found that the difference between transformational leadership and organizational health is significant in four deputies studied.
