Applying Futuristic Methods in Information Review of Intelligence Protection Organizations

سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعات نيروهاي مسلح در راستاي انجام ماموريتهاي خود همواره در پي شناخت محيط ماموريتي و پيشبيني آينده با هدف نيل به وضعيت مطلوب، كاهش زمينهها و بسترها و درنهايت مقابله با آسيبها و تهديدات امنيتي هستند. آگاهي درخصوص اوضاع و شرايط حال و آينده موضوعات ماموريتي در سطح سازمانهاي يادشده، از طريق تجزيهوتحليل اطلاعات و بهطورمعمول توسط بخش بررسي انجام ميگيرد. سوال اصلي تحقيق عبارت است از اينكه آيندهپژوهي چه نقشي در توسعه فرايند بررسي اطلاعاتي سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعات ن.م دارد؟ تحقيق از نظر اهداف كاربردي و توسعهاي است و ازنظر ماهيت و روش از نوع پيمايشي مقطعي است. جامعه آماري موردپژوهش را معاونين، مديران، فرماندهان، كارشناسان خبره و ارشد بخشهاي بررسي سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعات نيروهاي مسلح تشكيل ميدهند. روش نمونهگيري هدفمند بوده و ابزار سنجش پژوهش، پرسشنامه 24 سوالي محقق ساخته است كه روايي آن از طريق روايي محتوايي و اعتبار آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شده است. پرسشنامه بر روي گروه نمونهاي كه هدفمند انتخاب شده بود، اجرا شده و نتايج بهدستآمده عبارتند از: روشهاي تحليل روند، پويش محيطي، پايش روند، ديدهباني و مشورت با خبرگان به ترتيب موثرترين روشهاي آيندهپژوهي در بررسي اطلاعاتي هستند كه در بين روشهاي يادشده پايش روند و مشورت با خبرگان از طريق بهكارگيري روشهاي علمي و تحليلي و بهبود فرايند جمعآوري دادهها، موجب افزايش دقت پيشبيني در بررسي اطلاعاتي ميگردد. همچنين روش پويش محيطي و ديدهباني از طريق تشخيص و شناسايي موضوعات نوپديد و برشمردن دقيق علل ايجاد تهديدات در بررسي، موجب هشداردهي بهنگام در سطح سازمانها ميشود. افزون براين پايش روند و پويش محيطي از طريق رصد و پايش علايم و نشانههاي تغيير محيط و اطلاع از روند موضوعات امنيتي آينده در بررسي، موجب پيشگيري از غافلگيري اطلاعاتي سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعات ن.م ميگردد.

intelligence protection organizations of the armed forces are always looking to recognize their mission milieu and foresee the future for reaching the suitable situation, reducing the ground and the context and finally confronting security costs and threats. Information analysis by the review ward is the way for understanding situation of the present and the future of mission in such organizations. The main question of the present research is on the role of futuristic studies in the development of the information review process of intelligence protection organizations. It is an applied and developmental research based on survey methods. The statistical society is composed of deputies, managers, commanders, specialist and senior practitioners of information review wards of intelligence protection organizations of the armed forces. Sampling is a goal oriented one relying on a questionnaire of 24 questions the credibility of which is content natured calculated by Cronbach alpha. The finding shows that the methods of process analysis, milieu survey, process endurance, and consulting with experts are the most effective futuristic methods in infor-mation review. Among them, the process endurance and consultation with ex-perts through applying scientific and analytical methods and improving data col-lection, improve the precise foreseeing in information review. the milieu survey and watching through discerning and recognizing new emerging issues and real calculation of threats causing, lead to on time warning in organizations. Moreo-ver, the process endurance and milieu survey through monitoring and enduring the signs and the causes of milieu change, lead to information surprise avoidance in intelligence protection organizations.
