The Role Information Technology in Promoting the Efficiency of Intelligence Protection Organizations

مديريت كارآمد و موثر سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعاتي، بدون دسترسي به اطلاعات بهروز عملاً غيرممكن است. هر چه سازمان به اطلاعات بهموقع و دقيقتري دسترسي داشته باشد، ميتواند، تصميمات منطقيتري گرفته و كاراتر عمل كند. درواقع افزايش پيچيدگي، تنوع و سرعت عملياتهايي كه در يك سازمان حفاظت اطلاعاتي بايد انجام شود، باعث شدهاست كه اطلاعات، در انجام درست و دقيق عمليات، بهعنوان يك منبع حياتي و كليدي ايفاي نقش كند. مطالعه دستگاههاي اطلاعاتي و امنيتي كشورهاي پيشرفته، بيانگر اين واقعيت است كه بهكارگيري اثربخش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرايندهاي اصلي ماموريتي سازمان، زمينهساز بهبود فرايندها، روشها و مديريت سازمان بوده و از طريق افزايش قدرت (توان ايجاد تغيير رفتار در ديگران) و توان رقابتي سازمان، درنهايت ارتقاي بهرهوري را به همراه خواهد داشت. اهداف و سوالهاي اين مقاله مشخص نمودن عوامل و شاخصهاي فناوري اطلاعات موثر در ارتقاي بهرهوري سازمانهاي حفاظت اطلاعاتي و اولويتبندي هركدام از عوامل و شاخصهاي موردبحث است كه با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي از نوع تجزيه به مولفههاي اصلي، ضمن مشخص نمودن عوامل و شاخصها ميزان تاثيرگذاري هركدام در ارتقا بهرهوري نيز مشخص شده است.

The efficient management of the intelligence protection organizations is not feasible without access to uptodate information. The more in time and detailed access to information, the more logical and efficient decisions are made. The need for increased complexity, diversity and the speed of the operations in an intelligence protection organization has made information as a vital and key source of correct and detailed operations. a study of the intelligence and security apparatuses in developed countries shows the fact that the efficient use of information technology in the process of an organization’s main mission pave the way for the improvement of the processes, management and the methods of an organization. This will lead to the final efficiency through an increase in the power (the capability to make change in others’ behavior) and completion capability. The aim of this article is to recognize the factors and the attributes of an efficient information technology and its role in the efficiency of intelligence protection organizations. It tends to prioritize each of such factors by causal analysis method in order to recognize their level of effect- making in efficiency promotion.
