بررسي رابطه كفايت دياليز با كيفيت زندگي و سلامت معنوي بيماران تحت درمان با همودياليز

The relationship between hemodialysis adequacy and quality of life and spiritual wellbeing in hemodialysis patients

زمينه و هدف: همودياليز از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر كيفيت زندگی و سلامت معنوی بيماران كليوی محسوب می شود. از طرفی بهبود كفايت دياليز مهمترين عامل كاهش عوارض و مرگ و مير بيماران دياليزی به شمار می آيد. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه كفايت دياليز با كيفيت زندگی و سلامت معنوی بيماران تحت درمان با همودياليز طراحی و اجرا شد. روش بررسی: اين مطالعه از نوع تحليلی- همبستگی بود كه در بيماران تحت درمان با همودياليز بيمارستان امام حسين (ع) شاهرود در سال 1391 انجام گرفت. روش نمونه گيری از نوع در دسترس و حجم نمونه 72 نفر بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگی و سلامت معنوی جمع ‌آوری شد. برای بررسی كفايت دياليز از شاخص ‌های آزمايشگاهی استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: سطح سلامت معنوی (1/68 درصد) و كيفيت زندگی (86 درصد) اكثر بيماران در محدوده متوسط قرار داشت. شاخص های كفايت دياليز در اكثر بيماران در حد قابل قبول بودند. در بين ابعاد كيفيت زندگی، عملكرد جسمانی (05/0P<) و محدوديت ايفای نقش (05/0P<) با شاخص‌های كفايت دياليز همبستگی معنی ‌داری نشان دادند. همچنين در بين ابعاد سلامت معنوی، تنها بعد سلامت وجودی با شاخص ‌های كفايت دياليز همبستگی معنی داری نشان داد جسمانی (05/0P<). نتيجه گيری: نتايج اين مطالعه اهميت كفايت دياليز را به عنوان متغير تأثيرگذار بر سلامت معنوی و كيفيت زندگی بيماران دياليزی مورد تأييد قرار می دهد؛ بنابراين مداخلات جهت بهبود كفايت دياليز به منظور ارتقا كيفيت زندگی و سلامت معنوی بيماران پيشنهاد می شود.

Background and aims Hemodialysis is a factor that affects the quality of life and spiritual wellbeing in kidney patients. On the other hand, improving the adequacy of dialysis is the main factor for reducing complications and mortality in dialysis patients. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between Hemodialysis adequacy and quality of life and spiritual wellbeing in hemodialysis patients. Methods: In this correlational - analytical study, 72 hemodialysis patients were selected using convenience sampling on the patients under treatment in Imam Hossein hospital in Shahroud, 2012. Data were collected using spiritual health and quality of life questionnaires. Laboratory parameters were used to assess the adequacy of dialysis. Results: The level of mental health (68.1%) and quality of life (86%) of the patients were in the moderate range. Also, the majority of adequacy of dialysis patients (65%>) was good. The dimensions of physical functioning, quality of life (P<0.05) and role limitation among life study aspects (P<0.05) showed a significant correlation with indices of dialysis adequacy. Moreover, Significant correlation between the existence of health (P<0.05) with adequacy of dialysis parameters were observed among life study aspects. Conclusion: The results of this study emphasized on the importance of the hemodialysis adequacy as variable affecting on spiritual well-being and QOL in hemodialysis patients. Therefore, intervention to improve dialysis adequacy to enhance the quality of life and spiritual well-being of patients is recommended.
