شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد معلمان تربيت بدني به روش تحليل سلسله‌ مراتبي

Identification and prioritization criteria for performance evaluation of physical education teachers by Analytic Hierarchy Process

با توجه به نقش مهم معلم تربيت‌بدني در تحقق اهداف تعليم و تربيت و اهميت ارزيابي به عنوان جز لا ينفك تعليم و تربيت ، اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و اولويت بندي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد معلمان تربيت‌بدني انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي ـ تحليلي است. جامعه پژوهش، شامل كليه خبرگان امر ورزش مدارس مي باشد كه از روش هاي غير تصادفي و به شكل هدفمند، تعداد 34 نفر جهت شناسايي معيارها و تعداد 25 نفر جهت اولويت بندي، به روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي بر اساس ميزان تجربه كاري و مدرك تحصيلي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته بود كه روايي آن ها توسط گروهي از اساتيد و متخصصين و اعتبار آن در پرسش‌نامه اول توسط آلفاي كرونباخ ( 78/0 =? ) تاييد و در پرسش‌نامه دوم، عدم وجود ناسازگاري در پاسخ ها دليل بر اعتبار آن بود (1/0CR < ) . تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (ضريب كندال) و داده هاي حاصل از پرسش‌نامه مقايسات زوجي (AHP) با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert Choice انجام گرفت. نتايج حاصل از اجماع نظر خبرگان، شناسايي 9 معيار با 40 گزينه بود (702/0w=) كه معيار كسب امتياز ويژه، داراي 6 گزينه (خدمت در روستا، سنوات خدمت در مناطق محروم، مدت خدمت در جبهه و داشتن امتياز جانبازان، آزادگان و خانواده محترم شهدا) به دليل پايين بودن امتياز، حذف و در نهايت تعداد 8 معيار مقام‌ها و امتيازات، عملكرد علمي ـ پژوهشي، عملكرد سازماني، عملكرد آموزشي ـ ورزشي، سابقه ورزشي، سابقه علمي ـ آموزشي، منابع در دسترس و ميزان جذب سرمايه به طريق اسپانسر با 34 گزينه در مرحله اولويت بندي مجدد به نظر‌سنجي خبرگان گذاشته شد كه پس از تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، معيار عملكرد آموزشي ـ ورزشي با اهميت ترين و معيار ميزان جذب سرمايه به طريق اسپانسر (سازمان هاي خارج از مدرسه و انجمن اوليا و مربيان) در اولويت آخر قرار گرفت. يكي از نيازهاي اوليه ارزيابي، تدوين معيار مي باشد؛ لذا پيشنهاد مي شود بازنگري در سيستم ارزيابي معلمان تربيت بدني و تدوين معيارهاي جديد متناسب با وضع موجود و ارزش‌دهي به معيارها بر اساس ميزان اهميت آن ها در ارزيابي مي تواند در هر چه بهتر اجرا شدن سيستم ارزشيابي معلمان تربيت‌ بدني كمك كند و ضعف ها و قوت ها را مشخص سازد.

This paper presents Identification and prioritization criteria for performance evaluation of physical education teachers, because they play a vital role in the training and education. Study is Descriptive-analytic. Research society of professionals involved in school sport and the based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), were analyzed Expert opinions of experts. In the study, In order to implement the method of evaluation principles and methods of prioritization criteria specified final decision making and after drawing the hierarchy tree, the priority criteria are identified. The required data to help paired comparisons questionnaire and using the Expert Choice software, computational procedures have been performed. The results of the consensus of the experts identified nine criteria, with 40 options, a sixth option due to the low removal rate and the number eight position criteria and rates, academic performance - research, organizational performance, performance training - sports, sports history, scientific background - education, resources available, how to raise funds through sponsorship (organizations outside the school and PTA) were the surveys with 34 options to re-prioritize the experts. After analyzing the information criteria educational performance - sporting the most important criteria the rate of funding through sponsorship (organizations outside the school and PTA) was the last priority. One of the basic needs is to develop criteria evaluation. Thus we suggest that review in the teachers’ evaluation system and develop new criteria appropriate to the situation and giving value to the importance of the evaluation criteria can show our system weaknesses and strengthens and we evaluate teacherʹs performance efficiently.
