ارتباط هوش هيجاني و تعهد داوطلبان شركتكننده در مسابقات آسيايي تيروكمان

The relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of Asian archery competionsʹʹ volunteers

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، بررسي ميزان هوش هيجاني و تعهد داوطلبان زن و مرد مسابقات آسيايي تيروكمان و تعيين رابطه‌ي ابعاد آنها با يكديگر بود. در اين راستا همه‌ي داوطلبان دختر و پسر حاضر در هفدهمين دوره‌ي مسابقات آسيايي تيروكمان تهران(1390) به عنوان جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش در نظر گرفته شد و نمونه‌ي آماري برابر با جامعه‌ي آماري(80n=) تعيين گرديد. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ي استاندارد هوش هيجاني برادبري وگريوز(2004) و تعهد سازماني موداي(1979) استفاده شد. روايي محتوايي ابزار تحقيق با نظر خواهي از 11 تن از اساتيد صاحب‌نظر در اين زمينه انجام شد و جهت تعيين پايايي پرسش‌نامه‌ها با انجام يك مطالعه‌ي مقدماتي، ضريب پايايي در حد قابل‌قبولي (هوش هيجاني 76/0= ?) و (تعهد سازماني 75/0= ?) به‌دست آمد. ميانگين رتبه‌هاي عوامل مرتبط با هوش هيجاني بر اساس اولويت به‌ترتيب عبارت بودند از 1. خودآگاهي؛ 2. آگاهي اجتماعي؛ 3. مديريت رابطه و 4. خودمديريتي. همچنين رتبه‌هاي عوامل مرتبط با تعهد سازماني به‌اين ترتيب به‌دست آمد: 1. تعهد عاطفي؛ 2. تعهد مداوم؛ 3. تعهد هنجاري. در نهايت، يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بين همه‌ي ابعاد هوش هيجاني با تعهد سازماني ارتباط معنادار و مثبتي وجود دارد. لذا با توجه به نتايج ضروري است كه سازمان‌هاي ورزشي به‌طور عام و مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه ها به طور خاص، وقت بيشتري را براي شناخت عوامل روان شناختي(هوش هيجاني) و تعهدات داوطلبان صرف كنند تا فرآيند جذب و نگهداري داوطلبان براي آنها تسهيل شود.

The purpose of this study was identification of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of men and women volunteers and determining the relationship between their dimensions in 17th Asian archery completions 2011 which took place in Tehran. So all the volunteers of this event were considered as the statistical population, and the sample size was determined as the population (80 volunteers). The instruments used in this study were standard questionnaire of emotional intelligence (Bradbery & Griverz, 2004) and organizational commitment (Muday, 1979). The validity of the instruments was determined by 11 experts in this area. The Questionnairesʹ reliability determined with Alpha Chronbachʹs statistical test (emotional intelligence, ?=0.76) and (organizational commitment, ?=0.75). According to the results, emotional intelligence score was found 105.31 for women and 106.31 for men. The means of emotional intelligence dimensions were respectively: 1. Self-awareness 2. Organizational awareness 3. Inspirational leadership 4. Self-control. Also the means of organizational commitment dimensions were respectively: 1. Affective commitment 2. Continues commitment 3. Normative commitment. Finally there was positive relationship between all of the dimensions of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment. So according to the results, itʹs important for the sport organizations generally and for the sport management of universities to understand the psychological factors of volunteers like emotional intelligence and organizational commitment so they can attract and attain volunteers more easily.
