اثر كانون توجه مربوط و نامربوط و سطح مهارت بر دقت سرويس تنيسي واليبال تحت شرايط فشار رواني

The effects of associative and dissociative focus of attention and level of skill in tennis service of volleyball under psychological pressure

هدف از اجراي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي اثر كانون توجه مربوط و نامربوط و سطح مهارت بر دقت سرويس تنيسي واليبال تحت شرايط فشار رواني بود. اين پژوهش، از نوع نيمه تجربي بوده كه به صورت ميداني اجرا شد. 60 دانشجوي زن دانشگاه آزاد نجف‌آباد با دامنه سني 18 تا 30سال شركت‌كننده در درس تربيت بدني2 كه همگي راست‌ دست و با تكنيك سرويس تنيسي واليبال آشنا بودند، به روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس، به عنوان شركت‌كننده در اين پژوهش مشاركت كردند. شركت‌كننده‌ها بعد از مشخص شدن اضطراب صفتي با سياهه SCAT و حذف افراد داراي اضطراب صفتي بالا و پايين به منظور متجانس كردن افراد شركت‌كننده با توجه به سطح مهارت بر مبناي پيش‌آزمون، به دو گروه 30‌ نفري سطح مهارت بالا و پايين و هر گروه به صورت تصادفي به دو زير گروه 15‌ نفره كانون توجه مربوط و نامربوط تقسيم شدند. دقت سرويس آزمودني‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ايفرد، اندازه‌گيري و براي ايجاد شرايط فشار رواني از روش مقايسه مجازي استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل واريانس عاملي نشان داد اثر سطح مهارت (P < 0.0001،1.07=F) و تعامل كانون توجه و سطح مهارت بر دقت سرويس تنيسي واليبال تحت شرايط فشار رواني، معنادار بود (P=0.0001، 92.52=F). نتايج نشان داد افراد با سطح مهارت پايين در شرايط توجه نامربوط به تكليف و افراد با سطح مهارت بالا در شرايط توجه مربوط به تكليف، دچار انسداد شدند. اين امر احتمالا بيانگر اين مطلب است كه اجرا در فشار رواني، بر دقت سرويس واليبال اثر‌گذار بوده است.

The aim to the present project is to study the effects of associative and dissociative focus of attention and skill level on the accuracy of tennis service of volleyball under pressure. This research is a semi-experimental one which was field-implemented. 60 female student were selected from Azad Islamic University of Najafabad, between ages 18 to 30, whom participated in course of physical education2, and all were right-handed knowing the accurate technique of tennis service of volleyball; they participated in this research by access sampling. After identifying the trait anxiety with SCAT inventory and emitting the individuals with high and low trait anxiety, in order to match the participants, considering their levels in the pre-test, they were divided into two high and low skill level groups consisting 30 members, and each group randomly into two sub-groups (15 members each group) of associative and dissociative focus of attention. The subjects, service accuracy was measured in pressure conditions using AAHPERD test; and to make pressure condition method of figurative comparison was used. The results of agents variance analysis suggested that the effect skill level (F=1.07, P=0.0001), and the interacting between attention focus and skill level, on the accuracy of tennis service in volleyball under pressure condition were signification (F=92.51, P=0.0001). These results indicated that the participants with low skill level in dissociative attention to exercises, and those with high associative attention to exercises, were more obstructed. These results indicated that performance under psychological pressure had been impacted on accuracy tennis service.
