چكيده فارسي :
يكي از نيازهاي جامعه اطلاعاتي حكومت اسلامي، تحقيقات بنيادين و كاربردي در زمينه مسايل اطلاعاتي و امنيتي بر گرفته از مباني ديني و اسلامي است. از منابع بسيار مهم پاسخ به اين نياز، استخراج مباني و اصول حفاظت اطلاعات از سيره امامان معصوم عليه‌السلام است. از آنجايي كه عصر امام هادي عليه‌السلام با حساس‌ترين دوره حاكميت عباسي و وجود تضييق‌هاي شديد عليه شيعيان همراه بود، فعاليت‌ها به صورت زيرزميني و مخفي انجام مي‌شد و پنهان‌كاري و نهان‌گرايي شديدي بر آن حاكم بود؛ بنابراين اين مقاله به سيره امام هادي عليه‌السلام در حوزه حفاظت و اطلاعات مي‌پردازد. بر همين اساس با استفاده از اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه‌اي و مراجعه به كتب روايي و تاريخي مورد اعتماد و پذيرش متخصصين اين حوزه و بر اساس روش توصيفي – تحليلي به رفتار شناسي امام هادي عليه‌السلام بر اساس مولفه‌هاي حفاظتي و اطلاعاتي و شاخص‌هاي آن مي‌پردازد. در اين تحقيق وجود يك تشكيلات اطلاعاتي در قالب «سازمان وكالت» كه توسط امام اداره مي‌شد، شناسايي و معرفي شده است؛ علاوه بر اين، آنچه به عنوان مهم‌ترين مولفه‌هاي حفاظتي و اطلاعاتي از نتايج اين تحقيق قابل احصا مي‌باشند عبارتند از: هدايت اطلاعاتي، مديريت اطلاعاتي، بصيرت اطلاعاتي، ارتباطات پنهان، اقدام عملياتي، نظم اطلاعاتي، فريب اطلاعاتي، آينده نگري، نفوذ معنوي، تمركز بر دشمن، تحليل اطلاعاتي، اخلاق اطلاعاتي، فرصت جويي هوشمندانه به عنوان رفتار اطلاعاتي. تقيه، خود حفاظتي، آگاه‌سازي تربيتي، پيشگيري مبتني بر پيش بيني، حفاظت اسرار، حفاظت اسناد، حفاظت ارتباطات، حفاظت شخصي، حفاظت عمليات، رعايت كلي اصول حفاظتي، برخورد قاطع با متخلفين، ارشاد مبتني بر هدايت، نظارت و واپايش، بازدارندگي، آمادگي قبل از تهديد، گزينش كارآمد به عنوان رفتار حفاظتي. به طور كلي آنچه به عنوان ابعاد و سطوح اصلي نظام حفاظت اطلاعاتِ مبتني بر سيره امام هادي عليه‌السلام، قابل ارايه و استنتاج است، جامع‌نگري و ابتناي نظام حفاظت اطلاعات بر اركان معرفتي و تربيتي است.

Fundamental and applied researches in the field of Security and intelligence
issues that are extracted from religious and Islamic principles is one of the
immediate needs of intelligence community of Islamic state. Extracting security
and intelligence principles from innocent Imams (pbh) traditions is of
important resources to answer this need. Imam Hadi (pbh) time became
contemporary with most critical age of Abbasid rulership and shia severe
limitations. At that time, covert action was dominant and activities were underground
and hidden, thus this article engages in Imam Hadi (pbh) traditions
in security and intelligence field. This study by Library records, documents
and reference to historical and narrative books that are acceptable by
this field experts and on the basis of descriptive-analytical method engages
in behavior research on Imam Hadi (pbh) security and intelligence indicators
and standards. An intelligence system in the form of attorneyship organization
that ran by Imam itself is identified and introduced in the study. The most
important security and intelligence standards of study are listed In the below:
intelligence guidance, intelligence management, intelligence insight, covert
liaisons, operational action, intelligence order, intelligence deception, future
foresight, spiritual penetration, concentration on enemy, intelligence analysis,
