ارزيابي آسيب‌پذيري انرژي در ايران با استفاده از شاخص تركيبي كمي آسيب‌پذيري انرژي

Evaluating Energy Vulnerability in Iran by using Quantitative Synthetic Indicator of Energy Vulnerability

عرضه انرژي به بخشهاي مختلف كشور، نيازمند عملكرد صحيح و كامل سيستم عرضه انرژي است. شناخت آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي سيستم عرضه انرژي و سياستگذاري براي تداوم عرضه انرژي به بخشها و مناطق مختلف كشور نيازمند شاخص‌هايي براي ارزيابي وضعيت امنيت انرژي و آسيب‌پذيري انرژي سيستم عرضه انرژي كشور است. در اينجا شاخصي كمي و تجميعي براي ارزيابي امنيت عرضه انرژي كشور طراحي شده است. اين شاخص، تركيبي از شاخص‌هاي ساده ارزيابي امنيت انرژي است كه هر يك از اين شاخص‌هاي ساده بعدي از ابعاد امنيت انرژي را مد نظر قرار مي‌دهد. با استفاده از اين شاخص وضعيت ايران با كشورهايي كه از نظر اقتصادي مشابه ايران هستند مقايسه شده است. اين مقايسه نشان مي‌دهد ايران در ميان كشورهاي مشابه خود، وضعيت امنيت انرژي چندان مناسبي ندارد و سيستم عرضه انرژي آن آسيب‌پذيرتر از بسياري از كشورهاي هم‌رده‌اش است

Supplying the energy of different parts of country needs a safe and complete energy supplying system. To Recognize the Vulnerabilities of energy supplying system and policy making for continuing the supply of energy to different parts of country we need some indicators to evaluate the status of energy security and its vulnerability in the country. In this article, we have planned a quantitative and synthetic indicator for evaluating the security of energy supplying in our country. This indicator is a combination of simple indicators for evaluation of energy security that each one shows one dimension of different energy security dimensions. By using this indicator, Iran’s status is compared with other countries that are at the same economic situation. This comparison shows that Iran compared to foregoing countries does not have a suitable situation to support security of energy and its supplying system is more vulnerable than many other countries that are at the same level.
