تاثير هويت يابي سياسي شيعه بر امنيت ملي ايران

THE EFFECTS OF SHIITE POLITICAL IDENTIFICATION ON IRAN NATIONAL SECURITY

هويت به عنوان محور اصلي كنش بازيگران در محيط رقابتي در دوران بعد از جنگ سرد به‌شمار مي‌آيد. هويت‌يابي بازيگران در سال‌هاي پس از جنگ سرد از اعتبار و كارآمدي بيشتري در روند امنيت‌سازي برخوردار شده است. از رهگذر گفتمان‌هاي امنيتي مانند نظريات امنيت موسعِ باري بوزان و قدرت نرمِ جوزف ناي، تاثير خودآگاهي جديد شيعه در شكل‌بندي قدرت در خاورميانه مشخص مي‌شود و مي‌توان آثار آن را بر امنيت ملي ايران بررسي كرد. به اين منظور پس از تجزيه و تحليل مختصر علل هويت‌يابي شيعيان، به مولفه‌هاي اين هويت‌يابي پرداخته شده و اين مولفه‌ها در 3 محور رشد فزاينده جمعيتي، مشاركت در قدرت، و جغرافياي سياسي (ژيوپلتيك شيعه) بررسي شده است. هرگونه هويت‌يابي داراي آثار و پيامدهاي خاص خود مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين تاثير اين هويت‌يابي بر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در قالب تهديدها و فرصت‌ها ارزيابي شده است. هويت‌يابي شيعيان مي‌تواند آثار سياسي ديگري را در حوزه كنش ساير بازيگران منطقه‌اي به‌وجود آورد. نشانه آن را مي‌توان در دگرگوني‌هاي سياسي و تحولات اخير خاورميانه ملاحظه كرد.

Identity is described as a main axis of actor’s interaction in Competitive environment after The Cold war period. to identify the actors after the cold war period is more effective in the process of securitization . Through secure issues such as security hypotheses by Moose Bari bozan and soft power by Jozeph nay, we can understand the influence of shiite religion in New power shaping at middle east and we can analyze It’s effects and impacts on Islamic republic Of IRAN National security. After analyzing the reasons of shiites identification briefly, we can consider the elements of this identification. Then, we analyze these elements in terms of three issues including: population progressive growth, involvement in power, political geography (shiite geopolitics). Any finding identity (identification) has own specific effects or impacts. Thus, the impacts or effects of this identification on Islamic republic of IRAN National security are analyzed in terms of Threats and opportunities. Understanding the shitte identities can have other political impacts on the interaction domain of all region actors. The signs of these impacts can be seen in political changes (Middle East recent events) and is considered.
