چگونگي طرح وكلا در منابع امامي دوره غيبت صغرا

The mention of lawyers representing the Absent Imam in the Shiite sources of the Minor Occultation period

با بررسي منابع شيعي عصر غيبت صغرا، درمي‌يابيم كه اين دسته از منابع، نسبت به شبكه وكالت و خصوصاً وكلاي اربعه توجه ويژه‌اي نداشته‌اند و در موارد بسياري حتي نامي از وكلا به ميان نياورده‌اند. شايد اين امر، برآمده از فضاي سياسي آن عصر باشد؛ جوّي كه به شدت عليه شيعيان غليان پيدا كرده بود و حكومت عباسي را عليه شيعيان تحريك مي‏كرد. از جمله عوامل تحريك‏كننده مي‏توان به قيام صاحب زنج، قرامطه، تشكيل حكومت‌هاي شيعي علويان در طبرستان و فاطميان در مصر اشاره كرد. اين عوامل سبب شد كه عالمان امامي آن عصر مجبور به استفاده از راهكار تقيه شوند، به طوري كه اين پديده حتي در منابع امامي آن دوره و تعاملات بين وكلا و علماي امامي نيز اثر گذاشت. از اين‌رو شايسته است نخست تاريخچه‌اي از سازمان وكالت ارايه شود، سپس فضاي سياسي عصر غيبت صغرا ترسيم گردد، آن‌گاه منابع امامي آن دوره جداگانه مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. در پايان به اين نتيجه اشاره مي‌شود كه منابع امامي توجه بسيار اندكي به سازمان وكالت داشته‌اند كه اين امر متاثر از فضاي تقيه حاكم بر آن دوره بوده است؛ فرضيه‌اي كه نويسنده اين پژوهش، مي‌كوشد آن را اثبات كند.

The lawyers representing the Absent Imam, especially four networks have not been well considered in the Shiite sources of the Minor Occultation period, and in many cases the sources have not even named the lawyers. Maybe this disregard is influenced from the political pressures of the time, when the boiling atmosphere was stimulated strongly against Shia during the Abbasid rule. Among the factors that could have triggered a chain uprising, Qarameteh, Alawite Shias in the government and the Fatimids in Egypt as well as Tabarestan are noted. These factors led the Imami scholars of that age to be forced to use taghieh reservation, so that the effect of even the sources and interactions between lawyers and scholars Imam were affected. It is good practice to provide an early history of the organization, after which the political atmosphere of the Minor Occultation era can be traced then from the Imam resources in that period, which can be examined separately. In the end, it ispproposed that the political pressures of the period had a direct relationship with the silnce of the documnets about the era called Minor Ocuultation and the lawyers of the Absent Imam.
