Government, Identity and Foreign Policy in the Curent Iran ( 1925-2011)

نويسندگان در اين پژوهش تلاش دارند تا با كنكاش و واكاوي جعب هي سياه دولت در ايران معاصر؛ به بررسي؛ مسايل داخلي، ماهي?ت دولت، هوي?ت نوعي و هوي?ت نقشي آ ن و در نهايت آثار اين مسايل بر رويكردهاي سياست خارجي بپردازن د. در اين راستا ابتدا بستر نظري مناسب با است فاده از مباني مكتب سازندهگرايي و با تاكيد بر عوامل و منابع فرهنگي، ارزشي و هنجاري طرح ميشود سپس با تشريح چگونگي شكلگيري هوي?ت دولت در ايران معاصر به آسيبشناسي سياس تگذاري خارجي پرداخته م يشو د. ايد هي محوري مقاله اين است كه جهتگيريهاي سياست خارجي ايران عميقاً متاثر از رويكردهاي هو ? يتي دولت است، با اين وجود به دليل ضعف يا فقدان نهادهاي مدني، تعاريف هوي?تي دولت نه در تعامل منطقي با ملت بلكه بيشتر بر اساس نگرشهاي نخبگان سياسي حاكم شكل ميگيرد. چنين فرآيندي آثار زيا نباري بر سياس تگذاري خارجي ايران داشته و سبب تضييع منافع ملي كشور گرديده است.

The authors of this paper try to explore the black box in the contemporary domestic issues, the nature of the state, the identity and the impact of these issues on the foreign policy approaches. Based on an appropriate theoretical framework, using the principles of constructivism school with emphasis on environmental factors and cultural resources, values and norms, the authors explain how to plan the formation of identity in contemporary Iran’s foreign policy. The central idea of the paper is that Iranʹs foreign policy orientation has profoundly influenced by the identity of the approaches, however, the weakness or absence of civil society makes the government’s define identity through the political elite rather than logical interaction with the nation. Such a process has severe effects on Iranʹs foreign policy and caused losing national interests in some cases.
