نقش زنان در توسعه پايدار روستايي مطالعه موردي: روستاي خراشاد شهرستان بيرجند

The Role of Women in the Stable Expansion of Villages Case Study: The Village of Khorashad of Birjand County

زنان روستايي، عامل بسيار مهمي در تحقق توسعه ي پايدار مي باشند. رسيدن به توسعه اي برابر و پايدار در جامعه بدون در نظر داشتن زنان روستايي كشور، امري دست نيافتني خواهد بود. حضور زنان در فعاليت هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و برنامه ريزي جهت گسترش مشاركت آنان، بويژه در زمينه هاي اقتصادي، شرطي لازم براي توسعه ي پايدار است. در اين راستا هدف اين مقاله، بررسي نقش و ميزان مشاركت زنان در الگوهاي توسعه روستاي خراشاد مي باشد. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است كه در روش توصيفي، داده ها با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و عمليات ميداني با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوري شده است. در روش تحليلي، با توجه به فرضيه هاي پژوهش، از آزمون هاي آماري تحليل واريانس و آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش زنان روستاي خراشاد مي باشد كه 65 نفر از زنان با استفاده از فرمول كوكران محاسبه شده و پرسشنامه در بين آنها توزيع گرديد. يافته هاي به دست آمده از اين پژوهش حاكي از بالا بودن نقش و جايگاه زنان روستاي خراشاد در فعاليت هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و ... است و نقش و مشاركت فعال و سازنده اي در گام هاي گوناگون توسعه روستاي خراشاد دارند. زنان اين روستا، در بيشتر فعاليت هاي روستايي (كشاورزي، دامداري، باغداري، صنايع دستي بويژه قاليبافي، توبافي (پارچه بافي سنتي) اشتغال داشته به طوري كه تعاوني روستايي زنان خراشاد يكي از فعال ترين تعاوني هاي روستايي در سطح استان شناخته شده و باعث شده است كه خراشاد به عنوان نخستين روستاي هدف صنايع دستي كشور از سوي سازمان ميراث فرهنگي، صنايع دستي و گردشگري معرفي شود. بيشتر زنان خراشاد، از نظر سطح تحصيلات در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار دارند كه با توجه به سطح تحصيلاتشان، هيچ گونه تفاوتي در ميزان مشاركت آنها در روستا ديده نمي شود و به دليل فرهنگ حاكم بر اين روستا، پذيرش مشاركت همه جانبه زنان روستا در فرايند توسعه روستا از طرف مردان قابل قبول است.

The peasant woman are the important factor in accomplishing the stable expansion of the villages. Reaching to an equal and static development in society without the consideration of the rustic woman of the country, will not be accessible. The presence of woman in social, economic activities and the planning for the expansion of their participation specifically in the economic fields is a required condition for reaching the stable development. For this reason, the aim of this article is the investigation of the role and extent of the woman contribution in developmental patterns of the village of Khorashad. This research is descriptive-analytic from the aspect of its nature and in its descriptive method, the data has been collected by the use of library studies and the field activities from the questionnaires. In the analytic method, by consideration of research hypotheses, the statistical tests of analytic variance and the test of Pearson correlating has been used. The statistical community in this research are the rustic woman of the Khorashad village that 65 people of woman has been computed by the use of Kokaran formula and questionnaires distributed among them. The findings of the research showed the higher and important role and status of the woman of the Khorashad village in the economic and social activities and their active and creative role and partnership in various steps of the expansion of Khorashad village. The woman of this village occupied themselves in more of the village activities (agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture, craft specially carpet making, the traditional cloth-weaving) in a way that the rural cooperation of the woman of the Khorashad village is one of the active rural cooperation which is known in the area of the South Khorasan province and it caused that the Khorashad village to be introduced as the first target village of craft industry of country form the cultural heritage organization, craft industry and tourism. More of the woman of the Khorashad village, from the level of educational studies are in the state of higher than average level and from the aspect of their educational level, there can be seen any kind of difference in the extent of their partnership in the village and for the reason of the prevalent culture in this village, the acceptance of multilateral cooperation of woman in the process of rural expansion is agreeable from the opinions of the men of this village.
