بررسي تاثير آموزش خلاقيت بر دانش آموزان پيش دبستان و دبستاني

The Effects of Creativity Training on Pre-school and Elementary School Students

با توجه به اهميت روزافزون خلاقيت در جهان معاصر، مساله ي آموزش خلاقيت در سطح مدارس ابتدايي مورد توجه قرار گرفت و جهت بررسي اين مساله،‌ دو پژوهش انجام پذيرفت. پژوهش نخست به بررسي تاثير آموزش خلاقيت بر افزايش خلاقيت دانش آموزان پسر دبستاني پرداخت. پس از انجام پيش آزمون با ابزار محقق ساخته در سطح گروه آزمايشي (67 نفر) و گروه كنترل (58 نفر)، آموزش خلاقيت به مدت 12 هفته به گروه آزمايشي ارايه گرديد. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون گروه هاي آزمايشي و كنترل، با روش اندازه گيري هاي مكرر مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل نشان دهنده ي تفاوت معنادار گروه آزمايشي با گروه كنترل بود. پس از مشخص شدن تاثير مثبت آموزش خلاقيت بر روي خلاقيت كودكان، پژوهش كيفي و طولي دوم، با هدف دستيابي به الگويي بومي جهت ارايه به اولياي آموزشي در جهت آموزش خلاقيت، طي 4 تابستان متوالي انجام پذيرفت. در اين پژوهش 40 نفر از كودكان پيش دبستاني و دبستاني دختر و پسر، شركت داشتند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش كيفي، ضمن تاييد تاثير مثبت آموزش خلاقيت، در سطح افراد مورد بررسي، در عمل به ارايه ي الگويي اوليه جهت چگونگي اعمال روش‌هاي آموزش خلاقيت به دانش‏آموزان پيش دبستاني و دبستاني رسيد. يافته هاي اخير، الگوي مناسبي جهت چگونگي به كارگيري روش‌هاي مختلف آموزش خلاقيت و محتواي لازم در اين جهت را در اختيار معلمان و مربيان آموزشي، قرار خواهد داد.

Given the role creativity plays in the contemporary world, the creativity training was investigated in elementary schools. To this end, two studies were conducted. The first study examined the effect of teaching creativity on elementary studentsʹ creativity. Initially a pre-test devised by the researcher was administered to both experimental group (67 subjects) and control group (58 subjects). Then the experimental group participated in a 12-week creativity training course. The results of the tests taken by the experimental and control groups were analyzed, using recurrent measurements. The findings showed a significant difference between the two groups with the experimental group outperforming the control group. Drawing on these findings showing the positive effect of creativity training on studentsʹ creativity, the second longitudinal and qualitative study was conducted on 40 pre-school and elementary male and female students in 4 consecutive summers. This study aimed to develop a native model which instructors can use for the purpose of teaching creativity to students. Showing the positive effect of creativity training on studentsʹ creativity, this study also provides a model which illustrates how creativity training methods can be applied. Moreover, it provides the teachers and trainers with guidelines regarding the content of a creativity course.
