بررسي رابطه سابقه ورزشي با ميزان تحليل رفتگي مربيان ليگ يك و ليگ برتر فوتبال ايران

Investing of the relationship between the football trainers’ exhaustion and first league of Iran in super league and first league of Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه سابقه ورزشي با ميزان تحليل رفتگي مربيان ليگ برتر و ليگ يك فوتبال ايران ميباشد. تحقيق حاضر از نوع كاربردي و توصيفي ميباشد و نمونه آماري آن كليه مربيان ليگ برتر و ليگ يك فوتبال كشور به تعداد 78 نفر مربي بودند. روش نمونه گيري به صورت هدفدار بوده است و ابزار اندازه گيري، شامل پرسشنامه تحليل رفتگي مسلش مي باشد كه داراي آلفا كرونباخ 76/0 در اين تحقيق ميباشد. از روش آماري همبستگي پيرسون، جهت تعيين ارتباط سابقه ورزشي با تحليل رفتگي و آزمون 2? (كاي – اسكور) جهت بررسي رابطه بين تحليل رفتگي و سابقه قهرماني مربيان ليگ يك و برتر فوتبال كشور، از روش آماريTمستقل جهت مقايسه تحليل رفتگي در مربيان ليگ برتر و ليگ يك استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين هيچ يك از خرده مقياسهاي تحليل رفتگي و سابقه ورزشي مربيان، رابطه معني دار وجود ندارد. تحليل رفتگي شغلي درمربيان، به ويژه مربيان ليگ برتر بيشتر از ليگ يك به صورت جدي وجود دارد كه قابل تامل است و به نظر ميرسد بروز سطوح متوسط و بالاتر خستگي عاطفي در مربيان كه بايد ارتباط موثر و قوي با بازيكنان تحت رهبري خود ايجاد نمايند، نگران كننده است. پس، فدراسيون فوتبال ميبايست نسبت به تغيير نگرش مربيان، بهبود رفتارهاي فردي و گروهي مربيان اقدام نمايد .

The purpose at this research is finding a relation between sport background and football trainers’ exhaustion in first league and super league of Iran. This study is applied descriptive type. The statistical sample of research is all 87 couches that work in these leagues and the samplesiting method is objective type one I the measurement instrument was exhaustion questioner that in this research had Cronbach’s Alpha of 76 percent. We have used formula for investigating the relationship between Pearson correlation statistical sports backgrounds and exhaustion and x^2 -Test (k-score) in order to study the relation between exhaustion and championship and we used T- test to comper exhaustion in couches of super league and first league. The results from investigations depict that there is no relationship between subscale of exhaustion and spot background of couch. It is considerable that the degree of vocational exhaustion in super league is higher than first league. Every couch should perform a strong affective relation with their players and the existence of intermediate and high level of affective tiredness is very considerable and the soccer federation should proceed against the view deflection of all couches and do all measure to improve individual and social behaviors of trainers.
