امكان سنجي استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش در آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، امكان سنجي استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه مديران و كاركنان سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 90-1389 تشكيل مي دهد (320 نفر) كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 175 نفر به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و بررسي شده اند. ابزار اندازه گيري اين تحقيق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي است كه شامل 61 سوال است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نيز از آزمون t تك نمونه اي استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده درباره چهار مولفه اصلي پژوهش نشان مي-دهد كه در زمينه ساختار سازماني، وضعيت مناسبي براي استقرار مديريت دانش در آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران وجود ندارد؛ اما مولفه فناوري اطلاعات از شرايط مناسبي برخوردار است. سازمان از نظر مولفه منابع انساني، وضعيت مناسبي براي استقرار مديريت دانش دارد؛ اما مولفه فرهنگ سازماني وضعيت مناسبي براي استقرار مديريت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران ندارد.

The main purpose of this research was the feasibility study of the establishment of knowledge management system in the Organization of Education in Tehran. Statistical population of this study consists of the whole managers and staffs in the organization of Education in Tehran in academic year 1389-90 (N=320). 175 of them was randomly selected and studied through Morgan Table. The measurement tool of this study is a researcher-made questionnaire that consists of 61 questions. Data analysis was conducted using one-variable T-test. The obtained results about four main components of this study were: organizational structure, information technology, humanity resources and organizational culture. It has been showed that in the case of organizational structure, unsuitable condition for establishment of knowledge management was observed. About the second question of this study, information technology had a suitable condition. In the third question, humanity resources had appropriate circumstance and in regard to the forth question of this study, there was not a proper organizational culture for establishment of knowledge management in the organization of education.
