بررسي نقش تمركززدايي در تحقق سلامت اداري

سلامت اداري در سازمان‌هاي دولتي منجر به تصميم‌سازي و تصميم‌گيري‌هاي درست و اجراي مناسب سياست ها مي شود و در نتيجه كارآمدي و اثربخشي خدمات عمومي را به دنبال دارد. عوامل مختلفي در تحقق سلامت اداري نقش دارند مانند كنترل و نظارت كارآمد، فرهنگ سازماني، محيط سازماني و ساختار دولت يكي از عوامل اصلي موثر بر سلامت نظام اداري، ساختار غيرمتمركز اداري است. اگر عدم تمركز به خوبي برنامه‌ريزي و هدايت شود مي تواند فرصت‌هاي مهمي را براي تحقق سلامت اداري فراهم آورد. در اين مقاله مفهوم سلامت اداري و كاركردهاي آن تبيين شده و نقش و تاثير تمركززدايي اداري به‌مثابه يكي از عوامل اصلي تاثيرگذار بر سلامت اداري مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است.
