Identify and Prioritize the Criteria to be Addressed Effectively in Locating Places Selling of Ammunition

امروزه،آمايش و مكان يابيازجمله مفاهيمي است كه جايگاه ويژه اي يافته و موفقيت كسب‌وكار تا اندازه زيادي به اين مفاهيم وابسته است. بالطبع، از موضوعات بسيار مهم در آمايش دفاعي به علت موثر بودن در انجام ماموريت هاي محوله در هر منطقه، استقرار سرزميني واحدهاي نيروهاي مسلح و تجهيزات مربوطه مي باشد. اين رويكرد باعث استقرار نيروهاي مسلح و امكانات آنها در مناطق مختلف به‌گونه‌اي مي شود كه حداكثر امنيت و قابليت دفاعي براي كشور فراهم شود. بنابراين در اين مقاله تلاش مي شود تا به‌عنوان بخشي از پروژه "امكان‌سنجي، طراحي ايجاد و پياده سازي مراكز فروش مهمات شكاري" به شناسايي و اولويت بندي معيارهاي موثر در مكان يابي اماكن فروش اين نوع از مهمات پرداخته شود. بنابراين ابتدا با انجام مطالعات اوليه و شناسايي عوامل موثر در مكان يابي، پرسشنامه هايي تهيه شده و بعد ازجمع آوري نظرات كارشناسان و خبرگان امر در قالب پرسشنامه ها، با استفاده از روش آماري نسبت به تعديل پرسشنامه و حذف سوالات غير موثر اقدام شدهاست. در پايان مقاله نيز با استفاده از روش ميانگين حسابي به تعيين اوزان هر يك از معيارها و نرمال سازي آنها اقدام گرديده است.

Planning and site selection is of those concepts that now a days and in modern theories has achieved a special place and business success largely depends on the context. Naturally, the territorial establishment of units of armed forces and their equipment’s due to effectiveness in carrying out their assigned mission in each zone, is one of the very important subject in defense planning. This approach causes armed forces and their equipment deployed in different areas, in ways which the maximum security and defense capability of the country will be provided. Therefore, in this paper, we will try as a part of the project “Feasibility study, design of implementing and establishing the hunting ammunition sales center “to identify and prioritize the criteria to be addressed effectively in locating places selling this type of ammunition. In the beginning, by doing initial studying and verifying the effective factors in site selecting, some questionnaires have been prepared and after gathering the experts’ points of view, by using statistical approach, infective questions in the questionnaires have been modified and deleted. And at the end of the paper, by using the arithmetic mean, the weights of each criterion and normalization have been made.
