ارزيابي راه‌حل‌هاي انديشمندان اسلامي در مواجهه با تزاحم تكاليف اخلاقي

Assessing the Solutions Provided by Islamic Scholars in Reaction to Conflicting Moral Imperatives

چكيده مسيله نسبي بودن يا مطلق بودن گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي از مهم ترين مسايل مطرح در فلسفه اخلاق است كه پذيرش هر كدام از اين دو مبنا پيامدهايي تاثيرگذار بر نظام سازي اخلاقي دارد. يكي از موارد زمينه‌ساز نسبي گرايي اخلاقي، مسيله تزاحم تكاليف است. با توجه به اينكه تكاليف اخلاقي ناظر به عمل و رفتار انسان است، به دليل پيچيدگي شرايط اجتماعي وقوع تعارض يا تزاحم بين تكاليف در ظرف عمل ممكن است. در پژوهش حاضر، با پذيرش مطلق بودن گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي، برخي از راه‌هاي رايج حل تزاحم از ديدگاه انديشمندان اسلامي بررسي شد. راه حل پيشنهادي اين است كه بايد بين فلسفه اخلاق به عنوان يك علم داراي مسايل و روش و قلمرو مشخص و جامعه‌شناسي اخلاق به عنوان علم ديگر با روشي مختص به خود، تفكيك قايل شويم. مسيله مطلق يا نسبي بودن گزاره‌ هاي اخلاقي به فلسفه اخلاق و مسيله تعارض تكاليف به حوزه جامعه شناسي اخلاق مرتبط است. پس نبايد با اتكا به تزاحم تكاليف در ظرف عمل، نسبي بودن گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي را نتيجه گرفت، اما براي حل تزاحم تكاليف در مقام جامعه شناسي اخلاق مي‌توان با تكيه بر بررسي نتايج و پيامدهاي عمل اخلاقي، با ترجيح اهم بر مهم و روش هاي ديگر اقدام كرد. نكته مهم اين است كه مكتبي در فلسفه اخلاق مي‌تواند در حل تعارضات اخلاقي توفيق يابد كه به الزام و نتيجه يا وظيفه و غايت، توامان بها دهد و فلسفه اخلاق با رويكرد اسلامي از چنين ظرفيتي برخوردار است.

Abstract The problem of relative or absolute moral consequences is one of the most important issues in moral philosophy. The adoption of one or the other has important consequences for the formation of a moral system. One of the issues that underlies the illusion of moral relativism is the problem of inconsistent assignments. As for the fact that moral assignments are related to human practice, and human behavior in social situations is very complex, it is likely that conflict arise in practice. Accepting the absolute nature of moral propositions, the present study tries to examine some of the most common ways of looking at conflict resolution from the point of view of Islamic scholars. The proposed solution is that a distinction should be made between the filed of moral philosophy with a methodology and an agenda of issues and the sociology of ethics as a different filed of study with a different methodology. The question of whether moral issues are absolute or relative is related to the realm of moral philosophy while the issue of conflict of assignments is related to the field of sociology of ethics. Therefore, we should not infer relativity of ethics from a reliance on conflict of assignments. But for conflict resolution we can rely on survey results and implications of moral action by reference to practice. The important point is that to be successful in resolving ethical conflicts a school of ethics should put emphasis on both obligation and outcome or duty and end. The philosophy of ethics with an Islamic approach has the capacity to deal with this issue.
