بررسي نقش رسانه در نظام تربيتي سند تحول بنيادين آموزش‌وپرورش: تاكيد بر ضرورت آموزش سواد رسانه‌اي

Review of Media Role in Educational System of Document on Fundamental Reforms in Education: Emphasis on Necessity of Media Literacy Education

سند تحول بنيادين آموزش و پرورش با الهام از اسناد بالادستي و توجه به چشم‌انداز و اهداف راهبردي نظام جمهوري اسلامي ‌ايران،‌ چشم‌انداز و اهداف تعليم و تربيت در افق 1404 هجري شمسي را تبيين كرده‌است. يكي از ابعاد مورد توجه در سند، نقش رسانه‌ها در تعليم و تربيت است. درواقع در مباني نظري تحول بنيادين نظام تعليم و تربيت رسمي‌ و عمومي ‌جمهوري اسلامي ‌ايران، رسانه در كنار نظام آموزش‌و‌پرورش، خانواده و نهادهاي غيردولتي به‌عنوان يكي از چهار ركن محسوب مي‌شود. با توجه به اينكه قابليت‌ها و ظرفيت‌هاي رسانه‌ها به‌گونه‌اي است كه فرصت‌ها و تهديداتي را در امر تربيت فراهم مي‌سازد، اين مقاله با استخراج و تامل بر بندهاي مرتبط با رسانه‌ها به دسته‌بندي آنها و بررسي ضرورت آموزش سواد رسانه‌اي براي نيل به اهداف متعالي سند تحول پرداخته‌است. به‌عبارت ديگر در اين مطالعه اسنادي نشان داده شده‌است كه تحقق اهداف سند تحول بنيادين آموزش و پرورش در حوزه رسانه‌ها در گرو تدوين برنامه‌اي منسجم براي آموزش سواد رسانه‌اي در سطوح مختلف مدارس است.

The Document on Fundamental Reforms in Education has explained the prospects and objectives of education in the 2025 Vision, inspired by the upstream documents and attention to strategic prospects and objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of the dimensions paid attention to in this document is the role of media in education. In fact, the media beside education, family and non-government institutions are considered the fourth pillar in the official and public theoretical bases of fundamental reforms in education of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Since the capabilities and potentials of media provide opportunities and threats for education, this paper after extracting and reviewing paragraphs related to the media, has categorized them and examined the necessity of teaching media literacy to achieve the high objectives of the fundamental reform document. In other words, this documentation study has indicated that achievement of the objectives of the document on fundamental reforms in education in the field of media depends on formulation of a coherent plan for teaching media literacy at various school levels.
