درآمدي روشي بر چگونگي بررسي «امر سياسي» در منابع تاريخي ايران

A Methodical Introduction on Ways to Study the Political Issue in Iranʹʹs Historical Resources

«امر سياسي» از مفاهيم سياسي است كه هم فهم نظري و هم تطبيق مصداقي‎اش، داراي ظرافت‎هاي علمي و فني خاصي است. امر سياسي رفتار يا كنشي در عرصه عمومي و معطوف به منافع و مصالح جمعي ناشي از رويكرد تعاملي يا تخاصمي در محدوده «قدرت سياسي» است. موضوعات و مفاهيم سياست در تاريخ با توجه به مقوله امر سياسي و اين پرسش كه چگونه مي‎توان امر سياسي را در منابع تاريخي رصد كرد و مورد شناسايي قرارداد، در محدوده: 1. «قدرت سياسي» (تعريف، ساختار، نوع، هدف، متوليان و حاميان آن)؛ 2. «كنش مردم» (نوع مواجهه آن‌ها با قدرت) است. فرضيه مقاله با توجه به تعريف امر سياسي اين است كه مي‎توان با بررسي «داده‎ها و اطلاعات در دوران كلاسيك و سنتي»، «فعاليت‎هاي مردم و نمودها و نگاه‎هاي آن‌ها در حوزه سياست»، «اجزا و طبقات قدرت و لايه‎هاي پنهان ساختار قدرت» و همچنين «هدف حكومت» در منابع تاريخي، موضوعات و مفاهيم مرتبط با حوزه امر سياسي را استخراج كرد. در اين نوشتار، محورها و برخي مستندات هركدام از آن‌ها از منظر امر سياسي در قالب يك چارچوب مفهومي و موضوعي ذكر شده‎است؛ چارچوب مفهومي و موضوعي كه به شناخت دوران، ساختار دولت، حاميان قدرت، نوع و هدف حكومت و تصوّر مردم از قدرت سياسي مربوط است.

“The political issue” is one of the concepts of politics whose theoretical understanding and implication have specific scientific and technical subtlety. "The political issue" is behavior and action in public sphere with attention to collective interests that result from the interaction or conflict approach in the scope of "political power". In the realm of politics and political history with attention to the definition of "the political issue", the question is how political issues can be observed and identified in historical resources. Political power (definition, structure, type, purpose, custodians and their supporters) and peopleʹs action (their type of confrontation with power) are subjects of this area. On the basis of the definition of "the political issue", the hypothesis of this research is that "with the study of type of peopleʹs action and its view on the political sphere and hidden layers of the structure of power and kind of state in historical resources, one can produce the subjects and concepts of "the political issue" in this area. The political issue is the core concept of this text as the conceptual framework that has been discussed. The conceptual and subject framework is related to the government, advocates of power and the purpose and type of government and the public perception of political issues.
