Aspects Affecting Rural Housing Design

مسكن روستايي تحت تاثير شرايط زندگي روستايي داراي ويژگي‌هايي است كه آن‌را از مسكن شهري متمايز مي‌كند. پيمايش‌هاي انجام گرفته در واحدهاي مسكوني روستايي ضمن بيان وجود ارزش‌هاي معماري، مبين ضعف‌هايي است كه لزوم مداخله در اين نوع معماري را طلب مي كند. در مراحل مداخله در مسكن روستايي حاكميت تفكر تك بعدي به جاي تفكر جامع نگر به‌دليل عدم آگاهي طراح از برخي وجوه مسكن، ناكامي هايي را به‌دنبال داشته است. به‌عبارتي برخي از ويژگي هاي كالبدي مسكن ريشه در عوامل اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و محيط زيستي زندگي روستايي دارند كه در نگاه اول به‌ويژه براي افرادي كه تجربه زندگي در روستا را ندارند به آساني قابل تشخيص نيستند. نگاه سطحي به اجزاي معماري خانه روستايي غفلت از توجه به ريشه هاي پنهان معماري خانه را به‌دنبال آورده كه در نهايت عدم توانايي در تحليل و درك درست از كالبد را در پي داشته است. بايد توجه داشت شناخت و درك فرايند تغيير در اين ريشه ها كه در گذر زمان اتفاق افتاده و بر معماري امروز مسكن روستايي تاثير مي گذارد، عامل مهمي در توان پردازش پاسخ به نيازهاي امروز مسكن روستايي است. در حالت ايده آل، اشراف طراح به همه وجوه موثر بر طراحي مسكن، شرط لازم براي مداخله صحيح در آن است. اين تحقيق تلاش نموده است كه تا حد ممكن، با مرور متون تخصصي به گردآوري وجوه مختلف مسكن روستايي از منظر صاحب‌نظران پرداخته و نيز وجوه جديدي از مسكن روستايي را كه حاصل چند سال مشاهده و تجربه‌ كار ميداني نگارندگان است، ارايه نمايد. به‌عنوان نتيجه، مجموعه نسبتاً كاملي از وجوه موثر بر طراحي مسكن روستايي ارايه مي شود. اين مجموعه شامل وجوه اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، محيط زيستي و كالبدي مسكن است. جلب توجه طراحان مسكن به مجموعه مذكور، نگاهي جامع به مسكن روستايي را به‌دنبال داشته و گام موثري در بهبود نتايج حاصل از مداخلات در مسكن روستايي خواهد بود.

Rural housing under the influence of rural life has features that distinguish it from urban housing. Surveys conducted in rural housing units by considering architectural values, reveal weaknesses that requires the intervention in this type of architecture. In stages of intervention in rural housing, the domination of one-dimensional thought instead of comprehensive one due to the lack of designerʹs knowledge of some housing hidden aspects, have had some failures. In other words, some of skeletal characteristics of housing have roots in economic, social, cultural, environmental factors of rural life which are not easily detectable at first sight especially for those who do not have the experience of living in the countryside. Superficial glance at the rural housing architectural components has caused the hidden roots of housing architecture to be neglected and ultimately has been followed by the inability of analysis and understanding of the skeleton. It should be noted that understanding the process of changes in these roots that has occurred over time and affects the todayʹs architecture of rural housing, is an important factor to meet today’s needs of rural housing. Ideally, designerʹs master of all aspects affecting the housing design is a prerequisite for proper intervention. This study has tried as far as possible, by reviewing the professional texts, to gather various aspects of rural housing from the perspective of experts and also present new aspects of rural housing which is the result of several years of authors’ fieldwork. The result is that, fairly complete set of aspects affecting rural housing design is presented. This set includes economic, social, cultural, environmental, and skeletal aspects of housing. Drawing the attention of housing designers to the mentioned set, is followed by comprehensive look at rural housing and will be an effective step in improving the results of interventions in rural housing.
