ارزيابي و مكانيابي پاركينگ هاي عمومي در بافت مركزي شهر يزد

Evaluation and Site Selection of Public Parkingʹʹs in Yazd City Central Tissue

با افزايش جمعيت و تردد وسايل نقليه در بافت مركزي شهر به دليل وجود كاربري هاي جاذب سفر و همچنين توان پايين شبكه هاي دسترسي مشكلات ترافيكي زيادي را ايجاد مي كند كه احداث پاركينگ هاي عمومي در مكان هاي مناسب مي تواند موجبات حل بسياري از مشكلات را در بافت مركزي فراهم سازد. اين پژوهش در پي انتخاب مكان هايي مناسب جهت احداث پاركينگ با توجه به معيارهاي موثر براي پاسخ گويي به حجم ترافيك ساكن مي باشد كه در نتيجه از تداخلات ترافيك عبوري و ساكن و مشكلات ترافيكي ناشي از آن كاسته و مشكلات دسترسي به پاركينگ و مكاني جهت پارك خودرو به خوبي حل خواهد شد. در پژوهش حاضر محدوده بافت مركزي شهر يزد انتخاب شد و معيارهايي همچون كاربري-هاي جاذب سفر، دسترسي به خيابان هاي اصلي، فضاي مناسب پاركينگ و باير يا مخروبه بودن براي مكانيابي پاركينگ در نظر گرفته شده است. با توجه به اين كه لحاظ كردن تمامي معيارها به روش سنتي مشكل است از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافيايي استفاده شده است و همچنين به دليل اهميت متفاوت معيارها در مكانيابي براي وزندهي آنها از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي استفاده گرديد. در نهايت با بهره گيري از روش تلفيق همپوشاني شاخص، معيارها باهم تركيب شدند و مكان هاي پيشنهادي مناسب جهت احداث پاركينگ مشخص شدند. اين مكان ها در مجاورت خيابان هاي اصلي و تعدادي هم در مرز محدوده قرار دارند

Extended Abstract Introduction With rapid urbanization in recent decades and the increased use of motor vehicles, traffic on city streets has become one of the problems of big cities. In this regard, construction of public parking in the vicinity of urban streets in order to avoid long and about in parks, along streets, is one of effective measures to reduce traffic.
