راهنمايي و مشاوره در ديدگاه حضرت علي(ع) با استناد به نهج‌البلاغه

Principles of Guidance and Counseling in Nahj-ol-balagha and Today’s Science

نهج‌البلاغه ‌هادي سعادت دنيوي و اخروي بشر در زمينه‌هاي مختلف فردي و اجتماعي از جمله مشاوره و راهنمايي است. هدف در اين نوشتار بيان جايگاه مشورت و راهنمايي در زندگي اجتماعي با استناد به نهج‌البلاغه است. يافته‌هاي اين نوشتار به روش تحقيق كيفي؛ و در محورهاي: ارزش و جايگاه مشورت در جهان بيني امام علي(ع)، شيوه‌هاي مشورت كردن و مواد آموزشي و هدف مشاوره و راهنمايي از ديدگاه امام علي(ع) تبيين شده است. با توجه به اينكه جهت انجام مشاوره موفق بايد با فرهنگ آن جامعه آشنا بود؛ لذا براي آشنايي با فرهنگ يك جامعه بايد با دين و مذهب آن جامعه مرتبط شده تا به نتيجه موفق رسيد. همچنين لازم به ياد آوري است كه دين، مخصوصا اسلام، عامل سعادت و هدايت بوده و مشاوره اي كه بر اساس اصول و موازين اسلامي‌باشد، بهترين مشاوره خواهد بود، زيرا تمام اصول و قوانين اين فن را مي‌توان در تعالبم ديني از جمله در سخنان امام علي(ع) يافت.

Nahj-ol-balagha is the conductor of earthy and heavenly bliss for human beings in both individual and social aspects of life including counseling and guidance, many parts of Nahj-ol-balagha are allocated to the topic of guidance and counseling. The purpose of this article was to state the status of counseling and guidance in the social life from Imam Ali’s viewpoints in Nahj- ol-Balagha. This was a qualitative study which investigated the value and status of counseling in Imam Ali’s worldview, counseling strategies and educational topics, the goal of guidance and counseling from Imam Ali’s viewpoint. Regarding a successful counseling, one must be aware of the culture of the society in which the counseling is done. In order to know the culture of a society, knowing the religion of that society is important. It is also important to collaborate with the culture of the society and its method of counseling. Religion, especially religion of Islam is the reason of guidance and bliss. In this regard, the type of counseling which is based on the Islamic doctrines is the best counseling. This is because all of the necessary strategies of counseling can be sought in religious doctrines including statements of Imam Ali.
