سنجش و تحليل ميزان ادغام كلان‌شهرهاي تهران و استانبول در فرايند جهاني شدن

Measurement and Analysis of the Degree of Integration of the Two Metropolises of Tehran and Istanbul into Globalization Process

جهاني شدن، دربرگيرنده‌ي چندين فرايند عظيم است كه با تاريخ آميخته شده و گستره‌ي وسيعي از روند سياسي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي را در برمي‌‌گيرد. جهاني شدن به مثابه‌ي نزديك كردن جهان به يكديگر و آگاهي كشورها از اوضاع هم‌ديگر است؛ به عبارت ديگر، جهان به سرعت در حال دگرگوني به فضايي اجتماعي و نسبتاً واحد است كه توسط نيروهاي اقتصادي- فناوري، اجتماعي و سياسي شكل مي‌گيرد، به گونه‌اي كه گسترش ابعاد مورد نظر در نقطه‌‌اي از جهان، بر روي زندگي افراد، نهادها و بنگاه‌ها در نقطه‌ي ديگر جهان، تاثير و نتيجه‌ي شگرفي بر جاي مي‌‌گذارد. تمامي كلان‌شهرها در تلاش‌‌اند تا وارد اين فرايند شوند و بتوانند از آثار مثبت آن بهره گيرند. پژوهش حاضر به‌صورت توصيفي- تحليلي و كاربردي انجام گرديده و آمار و اطلاعات، به‌صورت كتابخانه‌‌اي و بهره‌‌گيري از اسناد و منابع دست اول و رسمي گردآوري شده است. دو كلان‌شهر تهران و استانبول به عنوان مطالعه‌ي موردي در كنار يكديگر به‌صورت تطبيقي انتخاب شده‌‌اند. هدف از انجام پژوهش اين است كه نشان داده شود كدام يك از كلان‌شهرهاي تهران و استانبول، بيشتر وارد فرايند جهاني شده‌‌اند. جهت استنباط، علاوه بر آمار و جداول توصيفي، بر اساس آزمون‌‌هاي t و من وتيني، معناداري تفاوت‌‌ها را به‌دست‌‌ آورده‌‌ايم. نتيجه‌ي پژوهش نشان مي‌‌دهد كه عملكرد تهران در مقابل استانبول، بسيار ناچيز است و تهران نتوانسته با استانبول رقابت كند. در نهايت نيز پيشنهاداتي مانند توسعه و تقويت خدمات مالي بين‌‌المللي در كلان‌شهر تهران جهت ادغام در فرايند جهاني شدن ارايه شده است.

Globalization includes multiple massive processes that are mixed with history, and it encompasses a wide range of political, economic and cultural processes. Globalization is bringing the world closer and it makes countries more aware of each other. In other words, the world is fast changing to a social and rather unified atmosphere which is formed by economic, technological, social and political forces such that development of some of these dimensions in one part of the world has significant influence on people’s lives, institutions and enterprises in other parts of the world. All metropolises are trying to enter this process to benefit from its positive effects. This is a descriptive- analytical and applied study where the data and information have been collected from libraries and first hand official sources and documents. Two cities of Tehran and Istanbul have been selected as comparative case studies. The purpose of the study is to show which of the two cities of Tehran and Istanbul has had more integration into the globalization process. In addition to descriptive data and charts, a t-Test and a Mann-Whitney test were done to see if the differences are significant. Results of the study show that performance of Tehran compared with Istanbul is fractional and Tehran has not been able to compete with Istanbul. Finally, some suggestions for better integration of the metropolis of Tehran into globalization process, such as developing and boosting of international financial services, have been offered.
