بررسي عملكرد طوقه‌هاي محافظ در كاهش عمق آبشستگي حول پايه استوانه اي قايم ثابت

Investigation of the Protective Collars Effect on the Scour Depth around Fixed Offshore Vertical Pier

امروزه توربين‌هاي بادي با پايه ثابت دريايي در صنعت توليد برق به وسيله انرژي هاي تجديدپذير مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند. يكي از مسايل مهم در پايداري اين سازه‌ها، بررسي مسيله آبشستگي ناشي از جريانهاي دريايي حول پايه مي‌باشد. از سازه هاي محافظ آبشستگي ميتوان به طوقه ها اشاره كرد. در اين تحقيق براي اولين بار، الگوي توزيع تنش برشي بستر حول پايه براي ارتفاع‌هاي مختلف طوقه نسبت به بستر، از طريق نرم افزار FLUENT به دست آمده، از طرفي ديگر آزمايشهايي بر روي مدل پايه بدون محافظ و پايه‌هاي طوقه دار در آزمايشگاه هيدروليك انجام شده و نمودارهاي پيشرفت زماني آبشستگي، مقدار عمق تعادلي آبشستگي و الگوي حفره آبشستگي اطراف پايه براي حالات مختلف طوقه به دست آمده است. در آخر نتايج تحليل عددي و نتايج آزمايشگاهي با هم مقايسه شده، ضمن نشان دادن همسو بودن رابطه بين تنش برشي بستر و عمق آبشستگي تعادلي، مشخص گرديد كه طوقه هاي نزديك بستر عملكرد مطلوبتري در محافظت از پايه دارند.

Nowadays, the power industry with fixed offshore wind turbines through the renewable energies is one of the progressing industries. The installation of scour protection structures is done against the scouring process. The collars are one of the protective structures. In this study, distribution of the bed shear stress around the pier is investigated via the FLUENT software. The results have been observed based on the relative heights of the collar to the substrate. On the other hand, in a hydraulics laboratory, some experiments have been done on a physical model with and without the protective structures. The charts of the scour depths, the equilibrium scour depths and the patterns of the scour hole around the pier have been obtained for different test scenarios. Finally, comparing of results of the numerical analysis and experimental results showed that there was direct relationship between bed shear stress and the equilibrium scour depths as well as the collars with less height from substrate had proper effect on protection of pier.
