الگوي دفاعي در‌انديشه دفاعي حضرت امام خامنه اي(مدظله العالي)

چكيده دفاع و راهبردهاي دفاعي يكي از مهمترين عناصر بقا يك كشور است. يكي از انواع راهبردهاي دفاعي، دفاع همه جانبه در برابر دشمن و عامل تهديدزا است. در اين راهبرد تمامي‌امكانات مادي و معنوي كشور در جهت مقوله دفاع به كار گرفته مي شود. اصول دفاعي غالبا از سوي رهبران ارشد كشورها به عنوان استراتژيست و راهبر نظام سياسي اتخاذ مي شود. در نظام جمهوري اسلامي‌ نيز مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي) به عنوان فرمانده ي كل قوا كشور نقشي برجسته در تدوين اصول و راهبردهاي دفاعي كشور دارد. از اين رو معرفت به‌ انديشه ها و راهبردهاي دفاعي حضرت امام خامنه اي (مدظله العالي) در خصوص دفاع همه جانبه ما را در درك مباني دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي‌ هدايت مي نمايد. بر اين اساس در اين مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش هستيم كه نوع ‌انديشه و راهبرد امام خامنه اي (مدظله العالي) به عنوان راهبر جمهوري اسلامي‌ نسبت به مقوله ي دفاع همه جانبه چيست؟ يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه حضرت امام خامنه اي (مدظله العالي) متاثر از ساختار و بنيادهاي ‌انديشه ي دفاعي خود، مفهوم دفاع همه جانبه را از طريق گفتمان سازي دفاعي براي عرصه‌هاي سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي- فرهنگي و نظامي ‌به منظور مقابله با راهبرد فشار همه جانبه ي دشمن نهادينه نموده اند.

Total defense is one of the defense strategic parameters in countering enemy and threatening factors. In this strategy, all national material/spiritual facilities are applied in defense. Defense principles are mainly adopted by senior officials of countries who are reckoned as strategists and leaders of a political system. The Supreme Leader (God Extend His Life) as the commander–in–chief of national armed forces plays a crucial part in formulating defense principles and strategies in the Islamic Republic Polity. Consequently, recognizing the defense viewpoints and strategies of His Excellency Imam Khamenei (God Extend His Life) towards the total defense may lead us in understanding the IRI defense principles. Accordingly, the current paper seeks to delineate the context of Imam Khamenei’s viewpoint and strategy towards the total defense as the leader and strategist of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The findings of the research reveal that His Excellency Imam Khamenei (God Extend His Life) has institutionalized the total defense concept into political, economic, socio–cultural and military sectors through defensive discourse– making in order to counter the enemy’s full–scale pressure strategy.
