چكيده شناسايي و تعيين عوامل و داشتن الگويي مناسب براي بهينه نمودن ساختارهاي سازماني مي‌تواند كمك شاياني به ادامه حيات و بقاي سازمان‌ها و اثربخش بودن آن‌ها بنمايد. سازمان‌هاي نظامي‌ نيز از قاعده فوق مستثني نمي‌باشند و بديهي ‌است كه ارتشي كه عوامل تاثيرگذار بيشتري را شناسايي و بر اساس عوامل بدست آمده الگوي جامع‌تري تدوين نمايد، از ساختاري برتر و سازماني اثربخش‌تر و كارآمدتر برخوردار خواهد بود. در مقاله حاضر عوامل عمده موثر در بهينه‌سازي ساختار سازماني يگان‌هاي نظامي‌در دفاع ملي (دفاع همه جانبه)، احصا و اطلاعات گردآوري شده با بهره ‌گرفتن از روش‌هاي تحقيق توصيفي، زمينه‌اي- موردي و همبستگي- همخواني، به آزمون گذاشته و نهايتاً الگويي مناسب كه در برگيرنده عوامل عمده موثر در بهينه‌سازي ساختار سازماني يگان‌هاي نظامي ‌مي‌باشد، تدوين گرديد.

Needless to say, the military organizations are not an exception to such rule and an army which recognizes more effective factors and formulates a more comprehensive model upon the determined factors, it will enjoy a superior structure and a more effective organization. In the current paper, the salient factors effective on optimizing the organizational structure of military units in national defense(total defense) are determined and the gathered data are assessed upon descriptive, case-study and connectivity – compatibility methodologies and in the end, a favorable model including the factors effective on optimizing the organizational structure of military units is formulated .
