بررسي تاثير فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر فعاليت براندازي اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني جمهوري اسلامي ايران

A Survey on the Impact of Information and Communication Technology on Illegal Subversive Activities of the Oppositionsagainst the Islamic Republic of Iran

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي تاثير فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر روش هاي براندازي اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني ج. ا. ا است. بررسي هاي اوليه در اين زمينه حاكي از عزم جدي اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني براي روزآمد نمودن روش هاي براندازي است، ب هگون هاي كه امروزه بسياري از روش هاي سنتي ب هطوركلي منسوخ شده است و برخي نيز به ندرت مورد بهر هبرداري قرار مي گيرد. فعاليت هاي تشكيلاتي به ويژه ارتباطات بين عناصر و هواداران با سران گروه هاي برانداز با استفاده از فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات انجام مي شود. تبليغات و عمليات رواني با شيوه هاي جديد، اثربخشي بيشتر و بسيار پيچيده تر از گذشته در حال انجام است. همچنين اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني تلاش م يكند با استفاده از فنّاوري ارتباطات و اطلاعات انسجام دروني خود را افزايش دهد و عناصر غيرفعال و منزوي را فعال نمايد. محققين در اين پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال هستند كه فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات چه تاثيري بر فعاليت هاي براندازي گروه هاي اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني ج.ا.ا دارد؟ در پاسخ به اين سوال افزون بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي، پرسش نامه اي متشكل از 16 سوال در رابطه با متغيرهاي تحقيق تهيه و در بين جامعه آماري شامل 61 نفر از متخصصين و كارشناسان جامعه اطلاعاتي كشور تشكيل داده كه به صورت تصادفي – طبقه اي از بين 138 نفر از كارشناسان، مديران و صاح بنظران انتخاب شده اند توزيع و پس از جمع آوري پرسش نامه ها، پاسخ ها از طريق نر م افزار spss مورد تجزيه وتحليل آماري قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با روزآمد نمودن روش ها، ضمن اينكه انجام اقدامات براندازي را تسهيل نموده، هزينه و مخاطرات آن را نيز براي اپوزيسيون غيرقانوني كاهش داده است.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of information and communi-cation technology on illegal subversive activities of the oppositions against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Initial investigation indicates a serious commitment to update the methods of subversion, since many traditional methods are generally outdated and some are rarely exploited. Organizational activities, especially relationships with leaders and supporters of subversive oppositions are done by the use of information and communication technologies. The propaganda and psychological operations are increasingly implemented by the new methods, which are more effective and complicated than before. The illegal oppositions also try to increase its internal coherence by using information and communication technology, and activate the isolated and passive elements. In this study, researchers seek to answer this question “what the impact of ICT is on the illegal subversive activities of opposition groups against the Islamic Republic. To answer this question, and in addition to the literature review, a 16 item questionnaire was prepared relating to the research variables and distributed among a random, categorized and sample population of 61 national experts and intelligence community specialists from a total population of 138 professionals, managers and intellectuals. The data was collected and statistically analyzed by using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate the updated methods of ICT have, on one hand, facilitated subversive measures and, on the other hand, reduced the costs and risks of these activities for the illegal oppositions.
