The Ontologic Components of Imam Khomeiniʹʹs Thoughts in Comparison with the International Relations Theories

ويژگي‌‌هاي دين اسلام و جوانب گوناگون آن، همواره در عرصه‌‌ها و زمان‌‌هاي مختلف، الهام‌بخش و راهگشا براي مسلمانان و حتي غيرمسلمانان بوده است. در زمان كنوني كه جهان اسلام در حال تلاش براي تعيين سرنوشت خويش است، يقيناً در آيند‌ه اي نزديك جهت مناسبات خارجي خود و همچنين بازيگري در نظام بين‌الملل، نيازمند الگو و شالود‌ه اي اسلا‌مي ‌مي‌باشد. پيروزي انقلاب اسلا‌مي ‌به رهبري امام خميني(ره) و بيش از 35 سال رفتار سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلا‌مي ‌و همچنين ايفاي نقش در نظام بين‌الملل بر مبناي تفكر ايشان، نمونه و الگوي مناسبي براي آزمايش، ميزان توانايي، ظرفيت و موفقيت رهيافت اسلا‌مي‌است. هدف اين پژوهش پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه هستي‌شناسي تفكر امام خميني(ره) چگونه در روابط بين‌الملل و مولفه‌‌هاي آن بازتاب مي‌يابد و چه تفاوت‌‌ها و شباهت‌‌هايي با نظريه‌‌هاي اين علم دارد؟ براي پاسخ به اين پرسش، از روش‌‌هاي توصيفي- تحليلي، مقايسه اي و مطالعه كتابخانه اي بهره گرفته مي‌شود. فرضيه پژوهش اين­گونه است كه رهيافت امام خميني(ره) در عرصه روابط بين‌الملل، در هستي‌شناسي خدامحورانه، مبناگرايانه، انسان‌مدارانه و عدل گسترانه است.

The characteristics of Islam and its different aspects have always been inspiring and enlightening for the Muslims and even non-Muslims in all areas and times. At the current juncture when the Muslim world is trying to determine its own destiny, it certainly needs an Islamic pattern and pillar in the near future for its foreign exchanges so that it may be capable of playing a role in the global order. The victory of the Islamic Revolution under the leadership of the late Imam Khomeini and more than 35 years of the Islamic Republicʹs foreign policy behavior and its participation in the global order on the basis of Imam Khomeiniʹs thoughts can present an appropriate sample and pattern for evaluating the capabilities, capacities and the success of Islamic approach. The purpose of the present research is to address the question that how the ontology of Imam Khomeiniʹs thoughts can be reflected in the international relations and its components and what kind of differences or similarities it has with the theories of international relations. To answer this question, descriptive, analytical, comparative and library documentation methods were used. The hypothesis of the research is that the approach of Imam Khomeini in the area of international relations is, ontologically speaking, God-centered, foundation-oriented, human-based and justice-oriented. At the current juncture when the Muslim world is trying to determine its own destiny, it certainly needs an Islamic pattern and pillar in the near future for its foreign exchanges so that it may be capable of playing a role in the global order.
